Every time you go through the drive thru the employees will screw up, and you will have to go inside. Better McDonald’s in Salida.

Used drive throw ordered, got to window to pay was told one of my items were not available, got other item and paid, went to pick up was told when got to that window that the new item was not available, just asked for my money back and they had me setting in from for 30 mins to get my refund.

They need new management

You need to check your order and make sure you got everything you ordered. Last couple visits they forgot something.

I couldve swore I ordered a large fry not a small in a large container but I guess I was wrong how did they know I liked getting overcharged it's like they can read your mind

I would just like to share I went through the drive-through at McDonald’s on Dale Road and the young man at the window was so nice and asked me how my day was going and also the young lady that gave me my food at the next window it is so refreshing to have polite young people working at McDonald’s because usually they’re very rude so I just wanted to complement the manager you obviously are doing a good job hiring the right people and it’s right attitude towards their customers so thank you very much that just made my day

Today upon arrival in the drive thru, I received the worst customer service ever, I have never been so disappointed, I placed my order and upon receiving my order I noticed the order was missing a item, so I parked, went in, showed my receipt and let them know there was a item missing, I just asked for the missing item to be to be added, tell me why there was response was didn’t I ask you was your order complete on the screen? Well first of all I didn’t say my order was wrong, i said there was a item left out, second of all I was not being rude, disrespectful in anyway, so why are you being rude, third, Do your job, before you hand out the bag in drive thru check, obviously people coming through drive thru are not trying to hold up your line ect. McDonald’s Team, please address this with your team, customer service is not easy I understand but people need to be held accountable for there work, you are paying, they need to understand you are trying to maintain a brand, a business etc.

While the food was good and prompt. Some of the front-end workers seemed like they'd rather be someplace else. And while I get it. Your job while there is to look like you want to work.

They messed up on my order and kindly went back and they blamed me for Incorrectly stating my order, However I had a receipt showing her that I wasn't wrong. The girl angrily grabbed the food, replaced it, and gave me another incorrect order. I didn't bother going back to have them fix it again. Upside is the have a playroom for the kids but all tables were messy. I don't have high expectations just want my food and fair customer service.

I ate here and got food poisoning me and my friend came here to enjoy a nice lunch but of course something had to go wrong 10 minutes later i had a intense pain in my stomach it lasted for about 25 minutes after i recovered from my pain my friend was in agony we both were about to faint wr had to call a ambulance once we got home 0 out of 10 experience don’t eat here ever again

I mean it's McDonald's. I don't know what more I can say about that. The only complaints I would have about McDonald's is that it's getting more expensive. I guess that's inflation for you though. You can't really complain about that. I will say that this McDonald's provide a pretty consistent experience. The only time I get frustrated is when they give me sweet tea instead of regular tea. That taste is disgusting. I will still drink it because, hell, I'm thirsty but yeah it's gross. Everybody that I've run across that works here is pretty cool. So they get two thumbs up from me

Ordered new qpc they gave me wrong burger tried calling several times for replacement and nobody answered i asked if mustard came on burger they said no and there was mustard and im allergic. Think there should be some retraining at this location or new management. Lady at drive thru first window only one who did there job right.

Stopped by to get lunch, and it was great. Unfortunately, the beverage machine was not working in the dining area, but I still enjoyed my lunch

Stopped by to grab a quick dinner on the way home, my fiance ordered the new cheesey bacon jalapeno burger with no mustard if had any since he is severely allergic. When we got home we got a bacon quarter pounder instead which also has mustard. We tried calling to inform them of their mistake but of course we got no answer.

The staff was amazing, was able to get the new Ariel princess toy in my daughter's happy meal. And the playground was like a lost relic. Reminded me of my child hood.

The only McDonald's that was open super late near me. The lady taking my order was lovely, even encouraged me to save money by getting the 20 pc instead of 2 6 pcs, and all the food was hot and well-assembled. As far as McDonald's goes, this is about as good as it gets.

Let me preface this by saying the staff is actually wonderful (except for a few members of management). It takes a lot for m to leave a bad review. I do Uber in the area, and will come here daily for breaks and to relax. I started coming in and bringing my tablet and phone, and watch videos while charging them. When I first started coming back there (hadn't been there regularly since my daughter was a toddler, Now she's headed to college), I asked the employee if there was an outlet I could plug into, and she led me to one in the main lobby. I found one outlet that wasn't covered that wasn't a far reach in the play area. After maybe 4 times of me coming in and using it (I always spend money there), they locked it. I remember the days we could come and plug in. If that were my only complaint, I wouldn't write one. Don't use the bathroom if you're going #2. The lights will shut off after 10 or so minutes, and movement does't turn it back on. You're stuck finishing in the dark, and not enough people come in to trigger the lights. I imagine if I were elderly, a situation happening. Lets not discuss the size of the ice cream cones that it seems only memebers of management are stingy on. It's about 1/3 the size pictured. The location of the drive-thru is not conducive for those just passing, and have to wait for the line in order to just pull out of a parking stall. They share a lot with a grovery store and a bank. The grocery store has zero problems with customers sitting and plugging in, BTW. Today was the final straw for me that made me leave this review. I had lunch there, and went back for an ice cream. I waited 10 minutes for it, then when they brought it out, I clearly saw on the ticket that it was mine. The manager stopped him from bringing it to me in order to address the lady that had an issue at the register. She clearly told him to give her my ice cream, as he ignored me and couldn't even look at me (he's a very nice guy and I could tell he felt badly). I had to wait additional time for him to make me another. Yes, I'm there every day, which shouldn't be a bad thing for them. I wonder if I looked different, would I be stopped from plugging in, or if they would have even noticed me, and if my order would have been given to someone else. And if they devoted as much attention to cleaning the inside of their restaurant and restrooms as they spend on cleaning the outside windows and painting blemishes, that would be wonderful.

Person handing me my food was rude. Asked for ketchup and she didn’t even acknowledge what I said, I ordered a SPICY mcchicken but was just give an regular mchicken in spicy wrapping:/ I know how my spicy looks like and tastes so I was very disappointed

Service is not great. Orders are constantly wrong. One tip would be to not leave the trainees by themselves. Is not their fault, however there should be more effort on management to train effectively.

Thoroughly impressed, this McDonald’s is on point. The service and food was great and the place is super clean.
