Standard McDonald's. Couldn't order using the app several times. Always got an error.

The menu was broken so you can't see the items when you're ordering. I asked for no cheese I got cheese. I had a partially cooked hamburger that's never happened to me at McDonald's! I asked for coke and I got diet coke. I worked at a McDonald's 20 years ago I would have been fired for service like this. I have always had great service at McDonald's but I won't be going to this location again.

I recently stopped by this McDonald’s joint during a road trip and had a positive experience. Initially, I tried to place an order through their app, but it seemed that ordering was only available for drive-through or curbside pickup. However, the issue was quickly resolved by their attentive staff.

The dining area was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. As expected, the food was consistent with the quality you’d find at any McDonald’s location.

It was a convenient and hassle-free pit stop with excellent service. I’d recommend this location to fellow travelers looking for a quick and satisfying meal.

When you order a large French fry and get a small in a large container. Second time in a row.lesson learned. They've also got a cool feature where the bottom is pushed in twice as far as it's supposed to be to avoid getting any of those pesky fries in the bottom too! On the bright side they came out super stale, so great job guys! Never again.
Instead of patting yourself on the back for where your garbage has been seen, maybe try focusing more on the food.

There is always something missing from the bag. They definitely need to train their employees better.

I rated it 5 because they are always friendly and always get my order right. The fries here are always good, probably because they are busy, but still, it's a major plus.

Please don't give false times for food at drive thru window. When u ask a customer to pull forward to another window and tell them it will be 1 to 2 minute wait for 2 items. They are not going to be happy if they sit there for 7 more minutes on top of the time already spent in the drive thru line. Even if it was chicken. 2 breakfast sandwiches cannot take that long to cook. My daughter had a dentist appointment down town we couldn't wait any longer. I had to call and was told chicken still cooking. I had to run around building into Mcdonalds ask for sandwiches or refund. Which we're done when I came inside. She didn't even get to eat sandwiches because we had to hurry through traffic to try and make her appointment. Which we were late to but atleast they didn't cancel. She didn't even get to eat breakfast because she didn't have time to clean teeth after eating. So now she gets to eat cold breakfast after dentist appointment. If they would have been honest about the wait time to cook chicken I would have asked for a refund. It has never taken that long for two chicken mcgriddles when my daughter has morning appointments she always get mcdonalds on the way. So we have waited before appointments never been an issue. Don't know what happen this time but if I'm asked to pull forward again I think I will just ask for refund.

Out of all the McDonald's in the Redding area.this is by far the best all around that ur gonna get.they seem to have a decent system in place.probably a reflection of the decent management they do have.not all the GenZ employees are great.that seems to just be the norm these day's.but they are "babysat" fairly closely.so they are restraint for the most part.order's seem to de accurate compared to the other fast food places.sometimes they get swamped.but seem to push through the crazies pretty quickly.u just have to hope ur on the back end of the "bottleneck". My only real issue I have is all the homeless drug/alcoholic addicts who are allowed to pest the customers.even sitting there right at the end of the drive thru so there is zero chance ur gonna miss them.they do sit inside for hour's at a time.cuz of the mental health all these people have. I always see families looking for a safe and clean place they can sit so they might be able to enjoy the moment.when I bring any of my babies. I'm always paying attention to the one's inside. NOT enjoying my moment with my babies unfortunately.regardless.out of all of the above. I still would recommend this one for sure.again very good management and pretty decent employees overall. And make sure to be extra nice and say hi to Tammy. She's been there awhile now and a sweetheart.so be nice to her!

This was actually the worst Burger I think I've ever had, the fries were so crispy they were actually Hollow, I ordered the number whatever it is, two little cheeseburgers with fries and a drink as for no pickles what I got was a absolutely plain cheeseburger with the cheese half on and half off. I knew I should have gone to In-N-Out Burger instead

Ordered a large #1, SMH lol guess McDonald's is feeling this "inflation", too, huh? Don't know how to load a picture but my, "large fry", was nothing more then a small in a large carton.

I ordered buy-one-get-one-free quarter pounder with cheese and and it was super groovy hot cheesy melty yum!

Food and staff were great but it is in a horrible area. Bathroom was full of people tweaking out. Both stalls were being used by people getting high. Once one of the bathrooms was empty I went in and it was full of foil with lighter burns on it. Not a safe location for a family.

One of the touch screens wasn't working, they forgot ketchup, and there are locked bathrooms with no soap or toilet paper

I like this McDonald's location! The burritos are perfect, they put food in them! It's not just a tortilla! Prices have gone up everywhere they don't need to be cheap as well. Stop with the Shrinkflation a meal should be enough food for my kids for a few hours, this is directed more towards the Lake Blvd McDonald's and the many other fast food restaurants that are doing this still. We should get what we pay for at least! If it's a 7$ burger it should be a double quarter pounder, not a cheeseburger!
Otherwise, this McDonald's is doing great! The people are very friendly they seem to like there jobs!

Went thus drive thus and waited long time two lane open I guess I got into the slow on the didn't know any deals

I cannot say how many times I have gone to the Cypress McDonalds in Redding, Ca and they consistently “forget” syrup, condiments and utensils. They’ll remember with a basic oatmeal (sometimes) and the pancake breakfast will 2/10 times have anything. It’s very disappointing and frustrating when you get to work and have to eat dry pancakes. I’ve had to check every time before I drive off, and if I don’t check and give them the benefit of the doubt (bc the last time they did happen to provide these things), I’ll be let down with a dry meal. This is the only location I’ve had so many issues with! Drive thru time is exceptionally fast which is great, as long as they’re giving you ALL of your meal. After so many times I couldn’t help but give a review in hopes their manager corrects the repetitive fail.

They put cheese on my burger for the 100th time and by time I got it replaced my fries were cold.
