McDonald's, Lincoln CA

Night crew keeps serving orders off and keeps pushing delivery orders back further time wise and the orders end up late. Please fix the serving orders off management staff!

I don’t know if they are messing with me but I always order a Mc chicken light Mayo and for the last 3 times I have gone there has been so much extra mayonnaise on it that it fills into the wrapper. What the heck man. Light mayo apparently equals let’s mess with this person and put extra extra.

I ate a filet of fish that was stale and tasted bad, and the french fries were old and overcooked. Also, the manager was rude to me, and did not want to give me another filet of fish! I will not come to this MCD's again!

Manager Margie was extremely unpleasant and rude. We went through the drive thru to pick up two mobile orders and asked to add a hashbrown and drink. When we got to the window, Margie did not greet us at all and instead said in the rudest tone “we don’t usually do three orders in the drive thru” and then shoved the payment reader at us and said nothing. What were we supposed to do? Not order? If she’s 60 and still working at McDonald’s then that’s her fault and she shouldn’t take out her life disappointment on customers. The other employees were pleasant but not Margie. Thanks Margie!

Used a self service kiosk for ordering, food was ready within minutes. There's an app to order food also, but I don't use it. Drive-thru line is pretty long usually also, but moves quickly.

Great location, clean inside and out, has kids playground area and family food options are also priced well at this location. Our go to selection is the 40-pc nugget deal or the select your own family dinner option which can feed the whole family. A lot has changed over the past few decades, but the food and quality of service has remained constant along with some of the classic items and recipes which isn't normal for a fast food chain.

The only problem was the patties of the burgers, I got mine yesterday and it was dripping. I don't like this at all nethier did my brother. They do so much better when it's not juicy or dripping

Raw chicken sammy, made me park out front and wait for it too from the drive thru.
No good.

9 out of 10 times they have you park out front cause drive thru cant keep up. The food is so sloppy always looks like its been dropped

This McDonald's is far superior in terms of service and getting your order correctly than the other location in Lincoln. The only annoying this is when you have to wait in the front for the 1/4 pounders to cook.

Staff is always friendly and gets your order correct and most importantly the food is always hot.

I passed by yesterday through drive thru, and it was okay. The young lady who took my order overall didn't smile much. The girl who gave me my food on the contrary through the last window was so very friendly and kind! It seemed it was her first time by how she was speaking, but she absolutely made my day by asking how I was. This is what I expect from employees! I will definitely be coming back. This is what I feel this establishment needs more people like this young girl who ask how your day is going. Overall, very satisfied.

So me being polite and all, when I used the restroom the toilet wasn't flushing, so I got up to the counter and said excuse me in the nicest way, and what kind of response do i
I get, a dirty look from three people, and nothing just turned their backs like what I did was the worst thing in the world, not even a hold on, just nothing, Only person that asked if they could help me was someone getting done with their lunch. I was about to order something but decided not to due to the looks I was getting and just the lack of customer service, won't be going there no more, and I was hungry after working a 12 hour shift.

It’s McDonald’s. You know what you get. But…there’s a employee named Patty who is just awesome. She’s super enthusiastic, friendly and her personality just brings a smile to my face. Keep rocking Patty!

Overall experience was good. Food was ok. Super sad because 1 prices have gone up 2 fresh, were not even warm, and 3 the large wasn't filled up at all.

Patty is literally the kindest human ever. She gets a 100/10 her fellow staff need to take notes. And the new teen new hires need some lessons in customer service I will use mobile or Patty bc I've been denied promotion solely bc they don't know how to enter it and refuse to ask for assistance.

Mt visit here today was great no issues or problems, I do find it's odd when ordering a quarter pounder that is minus 1 or 2 items from a big Mac yet its happened a couple times that I'm made to pull around to the "Holding Area" Oh well I'm still happy with all my service received and Thank you for the great quick food! Much appreciated!

It was what it’s supposed to be! The play place is great, clean, big, keeps the kids entertained.
