Absolutely terrible experience.went in there with my mom after a long day to get some drinks and we had some dirty clothes on.service treated us like garbage because they thought we were homeless, go to this mcdonald’s if you want to be treated like absolute trash

Overall good. Don't know why people who used kiosk got served ahead of those who ordered at counter.

JALAPENO BACON QUARTER POUNDER NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT THESE SCAM ARTISTS ADVERTISE. THEY SHOW A BURGER FULL OF INGREDIENTS BUT IN REALITY THEY SERVE YOU A FLAT PANCAKE BURGER.

Management repeatedly claims that the burger I reslceived is as advertised? SCAM

I came in at 10: 10 pm on June 21st. They charged me twice saying that my card didn’t go through and I had to fight with the young lady working the drive through about it! I showed her my account and she still told me to go screw myself and yelled at me. I very calmly demanded a refund for the extra charges and another employee came up and looked at my account on my phone and told her to refund my money. I asked her name so that could call her manager and complain and she refused to give it to me saying she was the manager. I have never been treated so horribly at any McDonald’s in my life and hope this location checks the security cameras and fires this lady before they end up with a lawsuit due to her behavior.

Im disappointed but not surprised. Unfortunately this business stays running due to its convenience and fast service. It’s connected to a gas station which is great for families and other people just stopping before work. There’s also EV charging also it’s awesome in its total features as a site. That’s about where the good things end. Food is not tasty. Sausage McMuffin is dry but it was BOGO for $1 so I got 2 of them. Only ate the sausage. I asked for a Big Mac with no cheese and no onions … guess what I got… cheese AND an attempt to scrape the onions off. If I were allergic, that would be an easy lawsuit. They should be more cautious and not be so careless.

Top of the ice machine has some kind of residue. I don’t even want to speculate. It should be cleaned because it appears to be a health hazard.

They are the only McDonald's in Santa Rosa that actually makes the fries good, and there ice cream is almost always working (unlike others in our area)

I go to this place all the time, and it never seems that they know what they are doing. They charge you for the wrong order, screw up your food, and have lousy customer service. They screwed up my order and when I called they said they'd replace it. When I came in they made every excuse in the book not to do it even though they told me they would. I've never seen or heard of a business that can screw up as much and not care about their customers as much as this place here. I absolutely recommend going to any other place, and if you do go here check all your food before you leave their drive-thru window because you are not getting it fixed after you pull out.

Best Location in Santa Rosa. The employees are so nice! The tables are always clean and the food is always fresh!

Literally been waiting 20 min for two sandwhichs whole time they bumped my food and it was never getting made then they gave my food to someone else. I work in the industry and tbh you can’t mess up that much that’s ridiculous grow up and hire people who can do their job

Worst experience ever, I purchase 6 meals and they didn't have me ketchup or ranch, the manager wanted to charge me 25 cents

Excellent service and food. Came here for a pit stop and decided to grab a bite to eat. I’m very happy with this place. They keep everything clean and serve good food. Staff is friendly and happily correct mistakes. Nice place.

Cross a Chevron AM/PM mart with Mickey Dee's and this is what you get.

So-so service, passable food, and a restroom shared with the Chevron. Not the best implementation of McD, but not the worst, either. Ar least the tables were mostly clean.

The location that I frequent shouldn't have a sitting area. It's constantly blocked for indoor dining. If students are that big of a problem, call the police!

Food tasted horrible. Worst thing I ever ate. Expensive as hell for food I could barely eat because it just tasted bad. Thru away half of it. McDonald's has always been at the bottom of my fast food list but after this experience it's on my never again list!
