The wait through the drive through takes so long that your food is cold by the time you get it. They give you the wrong change, shorting you.

Why is the drive thru closed so much earlier than their hours listed? Seriously, this McDonalds location is NOT going to last long with that lack of management.

Quick question my son ordered a Big Mac and it only came with cheese at the bottom of the sandwich? Is this a new Big Mac? !? !

The store is always closed early. Everytime I've gone at night the drive through is closed an hour early. Put a mobile order 40 minutes before they closed and the said the weren't do anymore

Got garbage service. Food was good. Ordered a McGriddle, that was loosely wrapped and had to be reassemble by me. They took 10 minutes to complete an order when there was only 1 car ahead of me, and they were done with them in a minute. They tell me to go to the next window, but there are 2 pick up windows and I was in lane 2 for drive thru. I guess I used to much common sense, as I pull up to window 2 there is no one in sight. I see the car behind me pull up and get my order. The management needs to be replaced so the crew has actual good leadership to follow.

This place always has an excuse to not make your food. Done the app a few times and their drive through is always closed even though it says it’s 24 hours. Even tried them going in and paying but the system was down. They were only accepting cash. I just gave up on them. Sucks that the one on Varner is not 24 never had an issue with them.

Not sure why the dining room was closed, it's was only 915pm. Still got my food through drive thru.

I placed my order at 10: 36 on app even tho they close at 11. I got there 2 mins later and drive thru was closed. The guy was nice and tried to help me but was only able to give some nasty cold fries bc all other food was already thrown away. I thought by law if it says closed at a certain time they have to be open til that time. Not sure but very inconvenient and it should close off online orders. Waiting for a refund

This is a relatively new location you would think that it would be a great stop however that is not the case the staff is rude and unhelpful the food is cold and stale with pricing like they're across the street from Disneyland or something there is nothing about this location that should make anyone stop at it ever you would think McDonald's would do a better job of making sure that they're brand is taken care of, especially in a new building

Lazy workers! Unclean tables, when asked to clean the table he laughed & left table all we, sloopy job and laughed about it! +

The air conditioner is very cold, the toilet door is controlled by the staff, the space is spacious, and the hand dryer is powerful

They put cones to close 15 minutes early! They need better workers! Gordon Ramsey needs to change this place up!

My first and my last visit to this place very bad customer service. Feel like am begging for food when they give me the look after I ask her to change the lid of my drink because it wasn’t put properly and was all smash on one side she said no and then give me another lid for me to put it on and I did, but the attitude she did when I ask her please. I know life can be rough sometimes but now in days young people have no manners I feel bad for this generation
