Service was better than the last time I visited this McDonald's
The window person actually had a smile on her face
They actually got my order correct the food was fresh
Ordered food for me and my family. There was no one in the lobby. The lady at the register had me repeat my order more than three times and she was still missing stuff and it wasn't even a big order and she told me three different prices. When we got the food we were missing drinks or order was still wrong and the lady told us when I tried to explain to her she gave us somebody else's order and I'm like I don't want somebody else's food. I just would like to have my order corrected and they were super rude about it
Favorite McDonald's in all of Sac cuh it's the only one with a kids play area. Also great and fast service!
I wish they would stop hiring these young kids, they have attitudes, they don’t really want to work. And they do bare minimum. Stop hiring these young kids
This place is absolutely fantastic! The employees are incredibly friendly and show genuine appreciation towards customers. After school at Monterey Trail, I often visit this spot where Andy's warm smile and affection make my day. I savor the delightful combo of 20 pieces of nuggets, a sprite/vanilla milkshake, and two scrumptious cheeseburgers. It's a delightful experience every time!
It's truly impressive that this place has been running successfully for over 17 years. It holds a special significance for me because my hardworking mother used to work at McDonald's, providing for our family. Though the manager may have retired, I'd like to express my gratitude for hiring my mother. The current managers are doing an awesome job, ensuring the legacy continues with dedication and care.
When it’s busy you must expect longer wait times for your food, besides that the service was decent.
