15 Was being ignored while in line, had to ask out loud if anyone was taking orders.
Food was subpar for sure, fries not fresh, chicken nuggets not fresh too. Will not come back here.the best one is KETTLEMAN AND HWY 99 ALWAYS FRESH NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU GO.
They can NEVER get their, To-Go orders right. Always forgetting something, and when you challenge them, they are like, OH
I love McDonald’s for its delicious food. I always order the 2 cheeseburger meal and I never get disappointed. I really like McDonald's because the service is incredibly fast which makes it easy if you are on a lunch break and don't have that much time. If you dine in, there are always many seats available.
I came in for a sweet tea. Nope. Not on the menu. I only left with one sock. They knew. I didn't say a word. Just never going back. It's the Sweet Tea for me.
I placed a mobile order for this location. Part of my order included 2 orders of apple pies. When I picked up my order, they proceeded to tell me that they ran out of apple pies. I asked for a refund for the apple pies, but they only refunded me for 1 order of apple pies instead of two orders that I had ordered and paid for.
Second they did not include the sauce for my chicken nuggets nor did they bother to put napkins in the order.
I tried paying with $100 and was asked to go get change to pay for my meal.some ppl are not meant to manage
Went to stockton.f0r some business now back 2 Richmond ca.it's nice. To be back use 2 live in stockton 10 years ago for 2 years
McDonald's is McDonald's I'm sure everybody has been there by now. I've never had a bad meal there.never (my experiences)
It's always clean there! Both maintenance crew Theresa and Juan are consistently, kind and keep the place very clean. I've been here prior to them working there and wow, what a difference! Cleanliness is extremely important and a restaurant and they do it well here.
I went to McDonald’s yesterday and the manager name Laura was rude I did not like the service she was constantly on her phone my food was cold because she took soo long to give me my meal will not be coming to this McDonald’s do not recommend!
Incredibly fast service. Drive through line looked like it was going to take forever. Luckily it went by in a matter of minutes & I beat traffic going home. Happy with the staff.
Well food is all ways the bomb except they have done something to the quarter pounder.and I'm not a fan prices suck almost 2$ bucks for a tiny little hamburger they need to change them back to 49 and 59 cents

Quick fast food daughter loves filet o fish sandwich dollar drinks 2 spicy chicken sandwiches for 3.99 now that's a bargain.
Ordered on the app, food came fast, it hot and fresh, and service was friendly. This location looks freshly renovated and has a nice modern vibe. Only negative is there's no longer self service drink refills but I think that's for all locations now
