McDonald's, Sacramento CA

This McDonald's has the poorest of service.
Every time that we have gone there something happens.
My first time there we were in there for about 5 minutes and the tires were stolen off my bike.
The second time the manager gets into an argument with someone
That leads to racial slurs between one

This McDonalds was not clean. The floor had debris everywhere. The food was not fresh like other McDonald’s. On the bright side the service staff was good.

This is the 2nd time they have given me the wrong order. I don't understand how hard of a concept to actually ensure ppl get what they pay for, do better.

They consistently get the order wrong and never fill up the fries always gotta ask them to fill to the top

No one took our order my son and I stood there for over 8 minutes I know that's not long but when you're diabetic and have to eat right away that's a long time.

The food was horrible, but the worst part is the waiting time for a single meal, there’s nothing about fast food in McDonald anymore

Cold food. Late delivery. Fries dumped out all over the bag and only half the normal amount.

Go through the drive-through for this one! Surrounded by homeless in the store. People who are actually angered because you won't buy them food. Floors covered in liquid, trash all over. Multiple orders were wrong or undercooked as we sat for 20 minutes waiting.

Just went in to order a drink around luncohtime and it took 10 minutes just to get my large Coke. Lots of homeless people hang out here.

Homeless man digging through trash eating and drinking what he finds, right in front of where I'm sitting. Not a single employee tried to do anything to get him to stop. I didn't even finish my meal

Food: It's McDs. What d'you expect? Sometimes you just have a craving. Service/Atmosphere: One patron got really upset that she didn't get her soda through the drive thru. She came to the indoor pickup window and shouted out the staff until she got her diet coke. She further skewered the staff for not receiving a straw, to which the staff member haphazardly provided the straw, which slipped and fell upon the dirty floor. Big mistake. The patron got really upset and demanded another straw. The staff member met fire with fire, but in the most courteous way that a McD employee can while serving an unsatisfied customer - with a speechless, but cold, defiant gaze that says "here is your straw, ma'am, but you'll get what's coming to you. It may not be today, it may not be tomorrow, but someday. " Maybe everyone that enters here is condemned to experience what humanity has to offer when everyone is hangry. I should mention that this McDs was understaffed when I was there, so the place was wrought with tension and stakes to survive the shift were running high. Needless to say, it took all but 15 minutes to collect my online order, but plenty of time to watch the above interaction unfold.

Same McDonald's food you'll get anywhere else, except the service is the worst I've ever experienced! The last 5 times I have gone there, 5 out of 5 they have gotten my order wrong or didn't give all the food. Last time I ordered 6 burgers and they tried to give me just one and some fries! Don't ever visit this McDonalds if you want to keep your sanity and have actual fast food, not extra waiting/arguing with incompetent employees.

They ain’t open between 3am to 4: 30am cause they r getting ready for breakfast.

-this “24 hour” McDonald’s literally every single weekend since 2022…just update the hours if there’s gonna be no service between 2am-5am
