McDonald's, Duarte CA

I go for the convenience. The food isn't ever great. I like the fries when they're fresh. And the new mambo sauce for the chicken nuggets is spicy and good.

The hamburger patties could have been fresher, seemed like they were sitting for awhile, it wasn't it's best at all.nothing as fresh as an in-n- out burger, there is never consistency with McDonald's, it's either hit or miss.

Horrible, my daughters went to eat there today and ordered at the kiosk. Waited a whole hour and never got their food. Horrible experience honestly.

Nothing really out of the ordinary here. The food was hot. I used the drive thru, and of course as true to McDonald's speed of service clock they pulled me forward to wait on a 1/4 lbs double cheese burger. Granted it was hot and fresh when it was brought to my vehicle, the new cookie and creme pie is awesome.

It's McDonald's.still have to ask for hot fries and still too much sugar in their sweet tea. Again, it's McDonald's

Food was fine on our visit. It was a struggle to get condiments, napkins and such without multiple visits to the counter. Service was also very slow.unusual for a Sunday afternoon with only moderate traffic for done in and drive through.

Never going to this store ever again. Out of all 10 times I have been to this McDonald's I never get my meal perfect. All 10 times the cashier forgets the Sweet & Sour Sauce. Today for example, I specifically said I want the sauces. The person was packing my order at the drive thru, looked in the bag, saw no sauce was in said bag, proceeded to add 6 tangy bbq sauces INSTEAD OF SWEET AND SOUR. I then drive to a parking spot and park to walk inside. I show the cashier my receipt and ask for sweet and sour sauce. He comes back with 2 when my receipt clearly says 3. How hard is it to follow instructions? It wasn't even peak hours, there were 3 cars total at the drive thru.

Employees are rude and the manager at night with a fohawk also doesn't care at all, I asked for my coffee with cream and sugar on the side and the lady lied and Said she put it inside when I specifically asked for cream and sugar on the side, I tried my coffee and it was plain so I had to ask for my creamer and sugars again and she ignored me thinking I would leave with a plain coffee and she opens the window rude and is mad I asked for creamer and sugar and to top it off I didn't get my barbecue sauce and my cheeseburgers were given to me plain for no reason, I would never recommend this Place, and I can see by the reviews that multiple people experience the same thing. This mcdonalds is a joke to say the least and the workers are 30 years or older and still angry and can't give us what we PAY for, if I could I'd give it zero stars I would but my experience here has always been bad and I've always gave this place multiple chances

The worst potatoes I have ever eaten in my life, dry, raw, scratchy when swallowed, it was a horrible thing to know how long they were stuck there with that hot light for a chick to hatch while the workers clowned around laughing with each other. Now I understand why they have such a low score.

2 ND. Time I've been here no more. It just takes too long. They just don't smile. They need training.

This is the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. They are so fast, and never ever mess up my order. They are all so nice there too!

It was a good experience. Coffee was well made and our sausage McGriddles were hot and tasty. This made for a good start to the morning.

Came with my friend and kids, ordered bunch kids meals and had a great time here. We tried to collect all books from happy meal and Adrian is super nice to help us find the one we looking for.

Sat in the line for 20 minutes before we even ordered, terrible customer service. Their is a management problem with that store, I hope the owner is aware of it, never going back!

I came for kids play area, but it’s already changed to outside seats. A little disappointed, anyway the window view was good.

Completely let down fries were not hot extra salty Mc rib was flavorless had way to much onion and one pickle hi c Orange again no flavor tasted like regular water but with food coloring 1st time here doubt I'll be coming back anytime soon
