Sadly service was not that good. Dinning area was not clean and it had a lot of flies! We could not eat comfortably.

This is one of the few food options in our town so I’m really glad the customer service is always so good! Today I order curbside because the drive thru line was super long and then person who brought my order out was so sweet I wish I had gotten their name!

CHECK YOUR ORDERS.i ordered off the app today.it was so busy that i decided to just go inside instead of waiting for curbside (after 15 minutes of waiting). I wasn’t mad about that but i got home and had the wrong burger entirely.i only wanted a quarter pounder and got some burger with only bacon, cheese, and jalapeños.

I was enjoying my Frappuccino when I had taken half of it I realized that there was a mosquito inside the frappe, they should be careful when they make the drinks that is disgusting to find an insect in the drink besides that I had to wait half an hour for them to give me my order in the curbside

Food is great no doubt about it, but what is even more better is that if you download the MC Donald's app you can find alot of good deals that comes with a code that you would have to mention so you can save allot of money.try it out

They take EBT here but only if you walk in. They don't accept EBT at the drive thru. The lobby is open for walk-in until 8: 00 P. M.

I asked for no ketchup and I received ketchup. Usually when I ask for no ketchup they smear a ton of mustard on my burger which is also disgusting.

Always takes long in drive through and staff doesn't always seem like they want to be there.

McDonald's is my go to coffee spot! The customer service is excellent. They work quickly and do their best to accommodate my needs. I am grateful.

Another customer asked for a glass of water. The water looked good, so I asked for a glass and they wanted to charge me $1.00. I was shocked, I have never been asked to pay for a glass of water. Only for bottled water. I walked out with my order.

Bad service.not well trained.just spilled almost half hot coffee on me because lid was not closed right. Never going back.keeps disappointing on me!

I would put no stars if I could. I ordered two McFlurrys and they charged for 2 large Oreo frappes which made it more expensive. So when I told the person at the window they gave me the two McFlurrys, but didn’t give me my change difference back. I asked the cashier about it and he lied and said the McFlurrys would’ve been more expensive so whoever is handling the window at 9pm on Saturday is a liar and a stealer for not giving me the money differential back which probably was about $5.

I ordered a couple of combo meals one for me and 1 for my employee, the concern that I had was apparently a new employee was giving me a difficult time with the sauces that I requested for the meal. One of the colleagues of this person jumped in and told him to not make a big issue of it because it was paid for and after speaking with the manager she apologized and the matter was deescalated

The fries that was given to both me and my employee was burnt or a taste burnt, I did speak with the manager and she swap them out without question with some fresh fries. We did have our meal there at the location and we felt rather things were OK and had nothing to complain about.

The manager, the female was glasses seemed to be focused on keeping the place clean and the tables were we ate at them.

They were very professional and helpful. I had trouble with the app and they helped me get the items I wanted. Excellent customer service!

Occasionally I question the behavior and service of some of the employees, but that's only when the manager Valerie isn't there. The service is usually really good. Some employees know hot to shine. This store is kept clean, MUCH cleaner than the California City McDonald's.

Why is it that employees have a hard time getting my drink correct. I order a REGULAR ice tea and the order board says unsweetened tea, but they give me SWEET tea, yuck!

Got the bacon ranch chicken sandwich the chicken was hard and chewy gave the rest to the dog and the fries were soggy
