13Very poor service. Lost 4000+ points only because their mechine didnt work. Couldn't offer anything else for us and no returning the points. Employee tried to offer refund but the manager said no. So that's it, we lost lots of points because it was their mistake. With no apology at all. The only thing that we got from them was telling us to talk to the customer service and figure it out which the customer service said we need a physical receipt that we never got from the restaurant. They always have some machine that doesn't work every time. Pretty sure they are just too lazy to clean them or something.
I just went right now and the guy who's attending my godddd it's like am doing something wrong rolling his eyes
As always. I love their coffee.and the caramel frappe is my go-to for my migraines.that brain freeze helps.
Fries and McNuggets are not fresh and they looked like they had been cooked a long time ago.
Sometimes you have a craving and you just have to satisfy it! That was the case for me. I had a craving for a Filet-O-Fish and fries. I also wanted a Big Mac. I don't usually go to McDonald's but it was the only place that could satisfy my craving. The buns were hard and cold! The fries were given to me cold. I told the cashier about the fries and she said it was the oil. I requested fresh fries. I am sure that no one goes through the drive thru to receive horrible service but that was exactly what I received. I don't know what to say. That McDonald's was close and I was expecting my order to be hot and fresh. I was extremely confused and disappointed! Don't think I'll stop by there again for quite awhile!
I ordered a sausage burrito asked for the hot sauce and they gave me two strawberry preserves? How am i suppose to eat that with my burrito.this has been a constant issue with this location, lets make sure we are getting orders right come on
They have redesigned the front pickup counter and it seems to hide away the back employees. There was no one at the front counter at my visit and we couldn't see anyone in the back. This makes pick up of mobile orders difficult and anyone ready to order.
Be prepared to holler to get someone at the counter.
I hate the fact that there's no breakfast past 10: 30! Even when you get there at 10: 35

One thing i hate the most is a business not upholding its stated business hours.it's not open 24 hours.if your going to be closed then have that reflect online before people show up.its a simple thing
I came to this McDonald’s today at 11: 57 and this girl took my order saying what else I want with a attitude and saying come to 2 window with a attitude when I wasn’t even done ordering I will not be coming to this McDonald’s anymore
The service is always 50/50 the drive through-can take a while, and they charge extra for sauce
Ordered deluxe breakfast and the manager forgot to include a syrup for the hot cakes very inconvenient
