McDonald's, Lodi CA

Theres nobody else in the drive through and the inside looks empty but it took 10 minutes to get anyone to respond in the drive through just to order. I order 2 quarter pounders happy meal and 10 piece nuggets. I Pay and check my order and only got the 1 quarter pounder and am told I have to drive back around again. There’s easily 9 employees standing around laughing and talking and that’s the service we get.

We just ordered on the mobile app was asked to wait which we did they brought our order which were missing items we told them and they went to go get the missing items 10 mins passed! They came back asking for the recite we show them the recite and we also told them we got the wrong fry size order as well they took pictures of the recite and walk back 20 mins later they came back with the suppose missing items and we left now at the house we didn’t get no large fries and missing a hamburger

Got mine in the drive in. Paid for and recieved the wrong order. But ate it anyway was traveling and it was food. And who ever order I got thank u it was a good choice drink and all. I would order it again. And sorry if u got mine. A simple order being diabetic.

On the better end of my experiences at this McDonald's, super hot fries and decently made Big Mac

I went in drive through and used my app and then she said idk go to the window in front and they'll help you out with your app and then when I got there they said idk go around and order again wasting my time the 841 e kettleman one knows how to use the app don't go to this one go to 841 e kettleman instead they won't waste your time

Expect a long wait if you are not in a vehicle. This location ALWAYS prioritizes drive thru over the lobby. Ive waited 30 minutes, 40 minutes, and most of the time its a "normal" 10-15 minutes minumum to get my food.
It is crazy how they go out of their way to avoid making eye contact with guests in the lobby. I have even seen people wait up to 10 minutes just to get their order placed. This is by far the longest wait time mcdonalds experience I have every encountered, and Ive live in 6 different states.
Pretty soon, the wait times are going to be similar to a sit down restaurant!

Went through drive thru and when I arrived at window to pay cashier tells me$19.95, I ordered 3 cheeseburgers no onion, no pickles, extra mustard I replied. Casher had to create my order cause it had been added to another tag by mistake, after 20 mins since placing my original order I received my food. As I was driving off I noticed onions on my burger (not my order) I then had to go inside where I had to wait additional 10 mins just to get someone's attention. After a wait yet again a manager corrected my order. This happens often at this location so I will no longer be dining here. Word of advice if you eat here check that they handed you the right food!

Always ask for no mayo because they never fail to put the whole damm mayo bottle on your sandwich. I guess mayos free lol. If only we got the same treatment with the extra sauces xD

McDonals is McDonalds is McDonalds. This one is conviently set in the center of Lodi and is a new (ish) facility. It always seems neat and tidy. High praise from me for any McDonalds is that it is efficient, clean, fairly quiet.

They are very rude, bad attitude to take orders, they sent me to the parking lots, to wait 25 minutes for 3 breakfasts.and when they arrived with my order, the order was wrong

I was very disappointed, I was the only car in line, sat at the window for 10 min before they greeted me, only to be asked to park up front for my order, I sat in stall #1 for 17 min before going inside to get my order. I get home and it's ice cold.

Can’t even put a lid on a sundae correctly. Took back to the employee and they just smiled and said sorry.

Try the Mcdouble with extra lettuce, and Big Mac sauce. I call it, " The Mini-Mac".

Food is always cold. You have to ask for it fresh, and they will look at you like you're crazy for asking.

Fries and nuggets are always stale, the way they bag the food is terrible I have the photo to prove it and it's guaranteed you won't receive some of your items.

This place is a joke. The fact you have your GM in there standing with her mouth open like “uhhhh” is a joke! I ordered 3 McDoubles. Two were customized. When I was given them I checked them and they were wrong. So again I went in there had to deal with there very rude employee REBECCA. This isn’t the first time she’s been rude and has a smart mouth as well. Let her know that my order is wrong and she says what’s wrong with it and rolled her eyes and huff and puff. When I told her she went to the back and brought me it back. Again still gave me the same sandwich. So now I’m beyond irritated and she has the nerve to ask for the receipt. The whole time the GM is just standing there still watching with her mouth open. Never come here again. The GM is a joke and so is this employee! I don’t expect nothing more due to look how the Gm is. They learned from the best.

This place always gets your order wrong. I'm not a fan of McDonald's personally however my kids love it. Nothing better than an extra salty large fries! Their Ice cream machine is usually working

Tried to purchase a burger with lettuce tomato cheese pickles onions and patty. Got something with lettuce and onions and the cheese and patty. Tasted terrible don't know what happened to the tomatoes. Threw it away. I was trying again after not eating here for about 10 years. It's just not edible.
