14Its McDonald's.what can I say. It always sounds like a good idea until you get the food. At least this visit was good.
The morning management seems to be very unwilling to accommodate the customers request, example a cup of ice
Last 2 times I did an app order I get to work and no hash browns. If you want a refund you have to go all the way back to the store.
They messed up the order twice. The food is fine, but I always go thru drive thru then have to park and go in to correct my order.
Pathetic pieces of garbage work here. Scums from India. So incompetent. No literacy. McDonald’s is a renowned name and these pieces of garbage should have stay on there on country rather than coming to USA on lord knows what visas and crapping the whole services. Rubbish.
Always get service with a smile. The crew looks very young but very knowledgeable about their menu items.
Foods are good when you're in a rush. That crispy chicken sandwich is nasty and dry.
The only thing that is actually good is the fries. This area is always packed and bit dirty on the outside, but I mean, it's not a 5 star restaurant. Don't kid yourself for something fancy or great 100%.
Coffee isn't as strong as it used to be years back. Ice cream machine is always off at almost all the stockotn locations for some reason.
The lady taking my order in the Drive-Thru couldn't understand English I had to repeat my order three times
While we were inside, the menus where you can make orders and pay the items weren't working right, employees that works there were littering ignoring most of other customers were there besides me and my mom, not very many customers were there, at least 3 or 4 others were, and they were acting like they don't see us and didn't bother help until my mom finally their attention. The time we got our food the fries were barely warm. It was really ridiculous.
Food was cool service could have been a little more perkier and they kept touching their face with no gloves gross atmosphere was nice
Mcdonalds should be held accountable. This is no longer fast food. It's wait in a long line to order through drive thru then go park to wait another long time for food.
This store gets it right.
It is always busy with drive thru, drive up, Mobile and grab and go and counter kiosk orders and they get it right.
Chicken McNuggets double cheeseburgers french fries and soda grandkids can live off that stuff and never get tired of it
My 4yr daughter had an happy meal 4/23 and ate some fries only and she immediately start throwing up she had gotten food poisoning
