McDonald's, Sacramento CA

It's McDonalds so dont expect much. Prices have gone through the roof. Zero customer service since they use kiosks to place orders. I only use the app to order because you get good deals and free food with tge points.

Always screws something up. Came back after a while (because there would always be something wrong with my orders) and ordered a simple Spicy Deluxe with extra sauce. For no reason at all it came without usual lettuce and tomato, it was pickles only. Don't know how they do it.

I walked in to this place on my lunch break was not greeted by the cashier with a welcome to mc Donald’s then I used my points I saved on my app because I go there almost everyday to feed my kids and she try’s to tell me I can’t use them it’s our policy and it’s only one per person and she insists that’s it’s the new policy but it’s not the management at this place informed me of the reason why they started that is with it being scams but I said I’m not a scam and the manager gave me my food but before I talked to him I literally watched the cashier deal with money and go straight over to the fry’s and grab my fries by her bare hands and touch some fries at the top of the fries then throw them back in the fries area and tried to tell me I can’t have them then had an attitude about the whole thing when in reality she lied and didn’t explain it and could have just asked to see my full app where I made the purchase but I also had all my receipts and she still didn’t want to give me my food her name is Alexa she not fit for food industry because everything know you don’t touch people food with bare hands after dealing with money and without washing it’s just nasty

Bland atmosphere. Bland employees. Semi dirty. Food needs improvement. Not totally horrible but could be way better

This particular McDonalds was BEYOND SLOW! I was waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes before even backing out & waiting for my order to get taken inside. Customer service is horrible. The atmosphere was "awkward" and I now know to travel to another McDonalds location to grab kids meals for my babies and a strawberry banana smoothie for myself.

Do better and I'll give you a better review!

I like McDonald’s because it’s an easy & fast place to get food when I’m on a time crunch or I haven’t eaten the entire day. This one is pretty close to my house, which is a life saver at times. Even though there are some problems as sometimes they would forget one of my sandwiches or condiments that I’ve asked a few times. But today, I ordered a deluxe hot McCrispy & as I was eating, I found a piece of hair in the middle. It was covered in sauce mixed with the lettuce which almost made me regurgitate. That’s the first time I’ve found someone’s hair in my food. And my brothers chicken nuggets are stone cold. Not crispy nor cooked fully. You could taste the coldness & how hard it is to chew.

Beautiful employees that are led by superb managers so it means fast service quality food (as it appears on TV) and it is CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT! NO homeless getting high sleeping or begging or whatever else they do anywhere near. So that said I highly recommend to bring the family. Enjoy

They should be shut down
I've literally waited in the drive through for 35 minutes before and was missing food.
Also false hours displayed drive thru is not open til midnight

The hot and spicy McChicken was really good, it wasn't dry. I didn't get charged extra for extra mayonnaise or lettuce. I was in the lobby just playing and doing things on my phone for quite some time after eating my meal and they didn't even bother me once to hurry and leave. Nice visit with no worries.

Don't make your order too specific here. For the last 5 years it's always been.a mess up. Been there twice a year. Every one of those years. NOW IF YOUR A SIMPLE KINDA ORDER PERSON THIS PLACE IS FAST and great for you. Service for mess up is ok but.don't leave this place thinking that ur meal is perfect on special orders.because you will waste your gas everytime.

I go there for lunch because it is close to my work. They are super slow and constantly messing up my order. I loose all my lunch time there because they mess up my order and I have to get down for them to correct it.

The inside of the store was pretty dirty when my fiance and 2 kids decided to eat inside for the first time since Pre-COVID. There was a group of kids out of school who also continued to make a mess but the staff did nothing to have them leave

This is the slowest in service McDonald's I have ever been to. Either by drive thru or ordering your food inside. If you only have 30 minutes for lunch this is definitely not the fast food restaurant you want to go to. Every visit is the same too slow

This is a CHAIN restaurant, I should be able to walk in at 7: 59 pm if closing time is 8pm! Was greeted with a locked door at 7: 30pm, may 4th. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful to those of us who have a schedule!
