McDonald's, Tracy CA

The place was kinda dirty, and fries were cold. And worst of all, they always mess up on my order. But look at the size of this urinal. I didn't know if I was supposed to go #1 or #2 lmao

Over priced and low quality food, that almost doesn’t qualify as food. Poor staff, orders are consistently wrong! Cafeteria like environment. Dirty bathroom and stinky. McD’s should close this restaurant!

Update: The last 2 times I have been yo this location, I am nit getting moved around the Fri t to cheat the line times and the fries have been hot. I appreciate the changes made.

Waiting for someone to give me napkins and ketchup. I needed a couple they handed me 10. What a waste. We need to put them in a corner for self-service. Bathrooms are locked, and once inside, they are filthy. We had to use the bathroom at home.

Very Slow. Employee walked by us at least 5 times saying, " I'll be right with you". Paid at the Kiosk and did not receive a number. I had no idea what our number was.

Always out of espresso? ALWAYS? Making people wait for an extremely long time outside for food when im seeing other people get their food quick inside the store and in the drive thru.it isn’t funny, it isn’t cute.on a saturday morning you don’t have espresso? Grow up.quit the games.

Arrived at 7: 04 am and attempted to enter the lobby. Unfortunately for whatever reason the lobby was closed while the drive thru was open. I ride a motorcycle which means I cannot have them hand me food and a drink and drive away with it. Even though this location is literally a stones throw from my house I was forced to drive to a different location.

They don't give you napkins or nugget sauce in drive thru, lame. Check your bag before leaving

Service wasn't good had to ask many times for one simple item and somehow still didn't get it

Terrible customer service. Nobody once came to me, greeted me or asked if I needed help. I also saw an employer drop the receipt of an order on the ground, pick it back up and put it in a customers bag with food on it. We gotta do better with our customer service.

The employees working today were absolutely amazing! I’m not sure which woman helped me today but she was awesome! She held the door open for me & was so polite! Definitely went above & beyond!

We ordered drive through on Saturday night and Lisa was helpful, patient, professional with a great attitude and smile! She is an asset to this McDonald's!

I'm always paying two different prices no one know right price. Not paying attention on the order taking.

Should be called Slowdonalds. I waited at the register for 10 minutes to have my order taken, but left because no one was helping me. This was at breakfast time.

This McDonald's was the worst service it suppose to be a fast food place had to wait about 35 minutes to get are food and they forgot alot of or order worst customer service had to go up three times to ask for my order there not attended to there customers I was very disappointed with the service they provided I wouldn't be going back to this McDonald's and it took so long some of the food was cold just sucked it up didn't want to wait longer

Sometimes they don't have coffee and they returned money for that. I ordered consecutive 2 -3 weeks.

Just 20 minutes for a couple big macs. No drive thru cars or people in line.
Fast food on time.

Waited over an hour for our food. Staff unorganized and unprofessional. When we received our food, items were missing. Will never return. Terrible establishment.

Not enough employees to meet clients, even though it's a multimillion company I'm pretty sure they can improve that matter.
