Home girl at the drive-through at night needs to work on her attitude because she ain't nothing to look at.

Visited this location and used the mobile app to order and get better deal. Food was hot came out quickly once I completed my mobile order. Staff was friendly and made sure I was delivered the correct order.

Went here and customer service just sucks. I don't want to engage with someone who has an attitude while taking my order. I usually don't go to Mcdonald's because of this exact experience. Plus ever since drive-thrus everywhere have automated greetings it sucks. You don't know if a real person is talking to you or not. I hate it.

I had a horrible experience. Too many things to list. I'm happy the birthday girl had a good time. Next year I choose another type of entertainment. When someone asks to speak to management don't blow them off

I went there and ordered a number 10 large with a sweet tea and then I had a double cheeseburger double cheeseburger was almost 4 Dollars. Dr.up to the window pay no hi hello nothing get to the other window to pick up my order and drop my salmon ground Mayham in the bag of food had to ask for ranch even though I told him I want ranch with my chicken nuggets and then I said is everything in the bag they said yes I looked. Looked OK drove back to work on my lunch hour and missing my four dollar hamburger Call them roll they said was you can come back and get it no sorry no give your money back and the hamburger anything I don’t know what’s wrong with this day and age that service is nothing like it used to be

Dissapointing. No salads, no wraps. Not possible to order a water for a drink when you choose for a meal.
No table service even if you have entered a number (and we were the only ones eating in). They put the order in a bag even though we chose the option of 'eat in'.
Well.price quality it was OK. You can't expect much for that price.

I don't like that they encourage you to order without any employee interaction. Took us way longer to order than to just order with a live person. Not a benefit for everyone. Good still good.

Absolutely the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to hands down they are always out of everything my order was $24 I handed the girl behind the counter a $50 she said I don't think I have change I did not have a smaller bill as I showed her she said how about another card I said no then she started asking about apple pay or anything else I might have she scuffed when I said no sorry I kept my cool because they are making my food but I wanted to go off she went and whispered to a manager and came back and opened her register and there was easily 100 dollars in change then we waited 20 min for our small order unfortunately its the only one near my house very poor service everyone always has a bad look on there face avoid at all cost

It was hideous First time ever in their drive-thru. I ordered an unsweetened tea I received a sweet tea I ordered a filet of fish that came cold with the mayonnaise spread all over the box inside. And the coffee mocha iced don't bother wasting your money at this McDonald's!

Ordered a large coffee and it was barely half full. Lemonade was also half full. Out of cinnamon rolls and smoothies.

They made me wait 20 minutes for 2 happy meals and a couple of chicken sandwiches. NOT OK. I had to do the angry annoyed customer thing to get them to make my food.

Too much technology, not enough care. What a sad situation.

Waited in the drive thru line for 10 min but everyone that went to the second order here was being helped immediately and still no one came to the window. Guess they don't want my money and I'm not going to waste my time

Worst McDonald's experience ever. Waited 30 minutes with 4 kids before canceling my order and going somewhere else to eat.

The worse McDonalds I have ever been to. Orders are wrong so always check before you drive off. No napkins, missing sauce, missing fries, no straws in the bag although you asked and the list goes on. Employees with no customer service experience are taking orders and don't have the skill level to get the order correct. Slow! I mean reslly slow drive thru! Then you have to park and wait for your order. After they take your order to the wrong car they start to dig in your bag to see further contents so they can approach the next car and say did you order a large fry? Chicken nuggets? Etc etc. Hell print out an extra receipt and tape it to the bag or give the cars numbers that collate with their bag of food. Look at the number on the bag and match it to the number on the windshield. Simple! The ice cream machine is always broke! No shamrock shakes. Just put up a sign so the kids can make another choice before getting to the window. The worse fries ever! My grandchild was given a hamburger that was still raw in the inside and she had bit into it! We were home by then. No response to my voicemail regarding this situation! How many children ate those hamburgers too young to know that it is not healthy? ! Why people still go there? I do not know! I drive to the one on Union or Yosemite. Its further but worth it.

Paid $42 for McDonald's breakfast. Then they gave me totally the wrong order. And the manager didn't even come to say sorry. No smile, no slap in my face, NOTHING.very disappointed.

Worst location ever, they steal money and make up excuses, I was charged 14 bucks for 2 for 3 egg muffins.

It's a McDonalds, you get what you get. But this location has gotten friendlier and better at keeping your order IN order, making sure you get home and aren't missing something. Asked for another couple of sauces and they gave me three! At McD's this is pretty cool
