McDonald's, Sacramento CA

The young people who were working at 9/11/23 at 6: 15pm were just playing around and were not taking their jobs serious taking the orders wrong, 3 or 4 cars in the Drive thru had to send us to the front because they werent paying attention and were taking orders in wrong. There was various people mad there, I think managers should be more stricter with their workers

Had to use app to order. Paid extra for specific drink. CS person dropped order on counter, called number, walked away. No drink present. Took another 60 seconds to get her attention to ask about drink. "THEN" and only then did she say they were out. Zero proactive on their part. I guess they assume customers won't notice until they're gone. Zero customer service anymore. They prefer as little customer interaction as possible.

Fish was good. Kids love the chicken nuggets happy meal extra fries and chocolate milk. Service was not memorable but do you want it to be. I just want my food and go. Service was fast and food was hot. Great job.

They "always" mess up on my order "every time" plus there are always flies inside the building.

Usually fast, however took em 15 mins to give me fries after I had to wait in the special wait parking slot, the lady ahead of me was mad and walked in there after 10 mins. So I had to walk in there and ask about my fries. This place is going down hill, funny cause they had like 10 employees.

They messed up my order then wanted me to drive out the drive thru to reorder smh I would never go back to that McDonald's I don't really eat it already

I never thought I’d take McDonald’s where I used to live, for granted. I just moved to the area and have stopped by this McDonald’s a handful of times. With a handful of issues present. The main one is the drive threw. Every time, and I mean every single time I’ve come here. I’m asked to pull to the waiting spot. Doesn’t matter what I order. I’ve ordered just a ice coffee, and have asked to pull the waiting spot. And it’s not like it’s a short wait. Usually sitting there for at least 5 minutes. Before you know it, there’s no more waiting spots remaining. Now I’m sure this has nothing to do with the employees and is more of a management issue. But it doesn’t make much sense. You can’t have really high standards. As it’s McDonald after all. But I never had any of these issues at any other McDonald’s locations.

On approximately August 11th, 2023, around 10: 45 AM, the supervisor on duty displayed discourteous and impolite behavior towards me as a customer who was making a purchase. The incident took place at the address 3773 Northgate Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95833. My order consisted of a medium-sized Fish meal and a single fish fillet sandwich. However, I was given a sandwich with two patties instead of the expected single patty. When I brought this to their attention, they suggested that I keep the sandwich with two patties and pay extra for another sandwich. It's worth noting that I had no desire for a sandwich with two patties.

Regrettably, the manager responded rudely and disrespectfully when I raised my concern about not being charged extra for their mistake. Such behavior is unacceptable, and it is inappropriate for management to interact with paying customers in such a manner. Immediate action should be taken to address this situation and ensure that management treats customers with respect and professionalism.

Nothing worse than being served half cooked fries! And they visibly look under cooked! Taste like a freshly pealed potato. I shouldn't be able to bend the fry like this

They gave me burnt chicken nuggets and my iced coffee was terrible.

I went back to see if they would do better and they messed up another order and with the exception of one person had terrible customer service. Don't waste your time at this place.

Has everyone in line wait in pick up order spots then started serving people in back of line while the front 4 cars just sat there and we had to wait atleast 10 minutes while 15 other cars got served. I was 2nd other cars after me had to wait longer that’s poor service

I came to this place in the night but they didn’t take orders and i placed an order by my mobile app and They took me 2 times $5.64 that will be in total $11.28, but they didn’t refund it yet it’s another day from that day. And I called to this McDonald’s 3773 Northgate Blvd

Such a bad McDonald’s!

Even though they are one of the only open McDonald's, they are usually very fast late at night. The line usually goes out the parking lot and it does not take too long. Keep up the good work!

The food was good for McDonalds standards, the lobby was clean, but some food items had been forgotten in our order. Specifically the chicken nuggets for a kids meal. When I let the person behind the counter know, she scoffed and gave me the box of nuggets and said "thats weird" but seemed accusatory. I have no reason to try and scam McDonalds out of a kids meal pack of nuggets, but the staff was more worried about their "chismes" or gossiping about the morning crew that they seem to be getting orders out with missing items.
