McDonald's, Chula Vista CA

I went to order 2 sundaes at counter, one caramel and one fudge. The mgr took my order. He then told me they had no toppings. No nuts or fudge/caramel. Since the menus have no prices, I asked if he was charging for sundaes or cones? He said sundaes, changed order to cones.

The kid at the window seemed bothered by me asking for salsa. No hello, no thank you, almost threw my food out the window. Their menu is broken and you can’t see anything on it. I’ll never go there again, awful service.

Worst McDonald’s ever!
Today we just order mobile app to get in time for work and we were waiting 25 min for the food when we realized they weren’t getting no orders out. We did ask for the order and we been told they were on inspection that’s why they weren’t making the food right away, so we have to wait 25 min or even more because no orders were made?
We got the refund, all other customers were to because there was no way the food was going to be out!
Horrible staff, never coming back!

This McDonald's is the worst. Slow service poorly packaged food, in a sketchy shopping center.

Worst location, just ordered the ice cream cone, when I get to the pickup e, they dint have ice cream. Manager could care less. Last time I go to this sh…y place

Good service. Sometimes your order gets messed up but they are quick to fix it. Only had a few encounters that were an issue but overall the place is good for food and service.

Cashier guy up front will see you and ignore you for the next 10 minutes. When he comes up to you he has a poor attitude sounding so depressed. Honestly wanting to tell him to just quit his job if he’s so unhappy. Decided to give it another try another day went through drive-thru and they forgot my hash browns. I let them know and the lady rolled her eyes and walked away and just handed it to me. Not even a have a nice day nor nothing. Food later made me feel sick. Stopped coming to this place since then.

It's not like it used to be. Customer service is very different. You can tell it's not natural it's forced. Here in this establishment

This was actually terrible. There is no reason a person who does not grasp the English language should be working at the drive thru tby themselves. As soon as she realized she couldn't understand she should have immediately ask for help from the manager to assist. That of course did not happen. When the second person finally arrived at the window it took them forever to clear up the issue as well.

Weird experience. No prices on menus. Tried to order fries in drive thru at 10: 26 am. Code from my McDonald’s app was used up and I was told “no lunch starts at 10: 30. ”When I went inside to order fries at 10: 36, after waiting for the drive thru line, my app code came up as “expired”. How frustrating.

No one speaks English which elevated the confusion. Very stressful environment. Would not go back

Drive-Thru order took longer than average and as usual, I had to double check my order and there was NO napkins. I order a soft drink (Light on ice, but instead got half cup of ice w/ soda) from the dolar value menu and noticed the size got way smaller almost like a kids size drink.

I parked in curbside pick up to place a mobile order in the morning. While I waited I saw an employee throwing around fiddling with a trash pick up stick. Apparently he was about to train someone to pick up trash around the bushes. He didn’t seem to take his job seriously so didn’t give me good impression. A woman came out to bring my order but was about to give my order to the car next to me even though I put in the correct number so she turned around and proceeded to give it to me through passenger seat. It was hard to reach over to my seat to grab everything, it would’ve helped if she came around but oh well. Mediocre food along with mediocre service.

This place is not worth even visiting they have p*** poor service. They never have ice cream they never have Frappie and the drinks (sodas) are flat as a door. The manager told me I could drink it or not. She was very rude. She should have changed the co2 to get the sodas working. The severs was the wrong. I would not recommend this Mc Donlds! I would not spend a penny here.
