McDonald's, San Jacinto CA

Br prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for your order. Doesn't seem to matter if you order online, in person or drive thru. At least they are consistently bad with any ordering method

The women bathroom were very unsanitized, I hope the workers use lots of bleach to clean it. The dinning area needs to be better serviced.

Only for my kid is why I visit. He got a Mc flurry there The mixer was broken so the cashier mixed it with his hand lol and I got apple pie where's the pie filling? Lol the sprite tasted like old, fresh and bubbly with an old after taste.or maybe my tongue was old I don't know lol otherwise the service was good and the cashier was friendly. The dining room needed a little TLC being a former fast food restaurant Manager, I just tend to look at those things. It was not too bad. My baby was happy that's all that matters.

I'm new to the area, from LA County, but I gotta say this One of the nicest McDonald's I've been too

Julie, the manager is a complete non-professional, rude and a total nightmare individual. Please do better on the hiring the management staff, especially when working with customer service. I have no idea how she became in management with her personality. Food was cold and undercooked. Please do better. If you are coming to this location, think about going to a different McDonald's where they actually prepare your food cooked and not completely undercooked.

Don’t expect them to be open at 4 when they say open. 3 days in a row now about to go there to get breakfast before work and they have cones keeping you out of the drive through.

Rude staff, came by for some breakfast and the guy mumbled in drive thru asking if was using the mobile app I said no cuz usually I don’t but I found a code during my order so I decided to use it and his response was “so you are using the mobile app. ” in a snarky remark. Like sorry man do u not want me to use ur app at all? Even at the window he didn’t read my my order or clarify and looked at me with judgement. If you don’t like your job man then quit.

Hate going to this McDonald's, but only one close to my home. Service is bad, really bad all the time. I mean bad!

I don't know if they're under new management but the service has severely gone down. The employees run around confused with orders, and you are left waiting an average of 45minutes and they always mess up the order. You ask for help and no one seems to be able to help you. I don't bother coming here again anymore.

I have encountered 3 bad customer service with their manager on duty. Today, I do a curbside pick up order, I arrive, check in into the app, and I wait. It’s been 20 minutes, I reach out to the gentleman doing to deliveries to the car and stated that I’ve been waiting for a while now. He apologizes and says he’ll come back die to him doing an order. I wait another 15 minutes, still nothing. So I decided to go inside and speak to someone, luckily the manager on duty was available, unfortunately I didn’t get her name but it was a Hispanic women, she was rude. Not once did she apologize or acknowledge the issue. Just asked what was my order, I tell her and then tells me to park. So I go ahead and park, i waiting about 5 minutes and they bring out my order. The bag had my name and time that I place my order at 2: 05 and I didn’t get it until 2: 45. And they still didn’t bother to make my order fresh, they just gave me the bag that has been sitting there for 30 minutes. My food was cold and they forgot my sons apply juice. Ridiculous manager, she needs to be retrained because that’s not acceptable. I chose to not go back because my son was already agitated by being in the car so long. So I recommend of doubling checking your order to make sure your food isn’t old and cold. They don’t care about their customers in this location.

This McDonald’s is always busy, has sometimes long lines but is because there service is good they always get my order right and done the way we order.

Love this place, have been here so many times. Never disappoints food wise, but the service is sometimes… questionable. A lot of the times I go I am always pulled to the front and they will sometimes get my order wrong, will forget something, or they will not give me the right amount of food or the size of fry that I paid for.

Waited 30 minutes for my mobile order/curbside for breakfast. I asked they said they didn’t have it and they later realized they put it as a DoorDash order. Never coming back again.

Real bad service on drive thrue personal doesn’t have a badge name they give u your soda almost 3/4 full food cold

Horrible service now. Why have mobile ordering, if you aren't going to be ready by the time the customer pulls up? Makes no sense to have the ability to order ahead, to just be told at the drive thru window that I need to park in the front because they have a hard time adding a shot of espresso to an already made cup of coffee.makes ZERO SENSE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES. HORRIBLE DRIVE THRU SERVICE. GET BETTER SUPERVISORS, MANAGERS, AND SHIFT LEADS.

Waited 35 minutes for 2 sausage egg muffins. They rather push drive thru orders than dine in, saw about 15 cars go in n out of drive thru and my food still took 35 min
