The Food was good fresh and hot
Service was good The drive thru only the restaurant was being remodeled
Atmosphere was good next to a road

Service is absolutely horrible. We spent over 20 minutes waiting for our food in the drive-thru. The French fries looked like they were made yesterday and remicrowaved. They were out of soda and ice cream. The clrek said they only had bottle water as all their machines were down? (It was a Monday 4: 15 pm). The franchise obviously must not be paying their bills. STAY AWAY! McDonald's Corp, you definitely have a problem that needs to be addressed.

We got hooked up tonight with a glorious ice cream cone. I don’t know the gentleman’s name that helped us but he deserves a raise.

I recently indulged in some McDonald's chicken nuggets, and they were as satisfying as ever. The crispy, flavorful bites never disappoint. Also pretty sure they made my fries fresh <3

Went through the drive thru and surprised the ice cream machine wasn’t “broken”. Service was good but very slow drive thru and when we got our order, both frappés were melting and my Oreo McFlurry was softer than usual and not spun. Ice cream cone was fine though, that was made soon as we got to the window but the rest sat there for 10-15 mins

Slowest drive through ever. I wait at least 20 minutes each time and have to pull to the side just for a happy meal. Don’t go here if you are on a time schedule.

This is the worst McDonald's in the world! Lastnight went into the store to order food my 6 son wanted to play at the playground. I told him he can after we order our food. After 20 minutes standing in front of the registers to order. With no one taking my order or even acknowledging me I left and went to Chick Fila. This location never ever gets the orders right if u go to drive thru. And this also make u park and watch other cars drive by. I've called corporate office many times. They never change ever! The franchise owner needs to step it up and be there to get this place locked in. Definitely making McDonald's look bad! There excuse is always short staffed. Again I'm putting it on the franchise owner!

IM SO UPSET RN I HAD TO WORST DAY PLUS MY DOG POOPED IN THE KITCHEN AFTER I GOT HOME, I DIDNT FEEL LIKE MAKING DINNER SO I WAS JS GONNA PICK UP SOME FRIES, I ORDERED ONLINE, SET MY NEAREST LOCATION, PAID, BUT I CHECKED AGAIN TO REALIZE THAT THEY RESET MY LOCATION TO BE ANTNER MCDONALDS THAT I LIVE 15 MINS AWAY CUS THE ONE I ORDERED FROM CLOSES AT 9, BUT I CANT DRIVE THAT FAR FOR FRIES AND NOW IM LITERALLY BREAKING DOWN CUS IM SO HUNGRY + I NEVER GOT A REFUND FOR MY 10 DOLLARS I HATE LIFE

This location is one of the best I have been to! The staff is friendly and attentive. I just told the woman cleaning tables and mopping the floor, that she does a great job. And she does! I've never seen this cleaning happening in any other McDonald's location. The food is hot and tasty also!

I like the McDonalds in front of Albertsons in Murrieta. The food is good the service is pretty good but they are sometimes short handed or training new people so waiting for orders is frustrating but I believe the employees and manager there really try hard. I speak for myself when I say that I usually give them the benefit of the doubt. After all let us remember that they are human beings who try to do a difficult job. Overall I like this restaurant but I do know that I have used other locations in town and they are pretty good too.

****EMPLOYEE TRAINING NEEDED****
No one inside, no one in drive thru. Told to park for my order. Waited 30 minutes, went inside and was told it was given to someone else and they had to remake it. I get it we're human we make mistakes but to get treated like I'm the problem with no apology just dirty looks when all I wanted was my food from what was supposed to be a quick drive thru, sad and pathetic this location needs some help

It’s a nice place but the playground isn’t always clean and the slide smells like poop sometimes

I don't understand why this McDonald's has such low reviews! The place is busy and I got my food fast! Also the play place is clean and tidy. Usually other locations forget some of my food but not here! They also have toys the other locations don't have! I will def be coming back:) play place is indoors and so clean! So great for kids during the summer! Manager is well organized and very nice. Workers are all doing such an amazing job, as soon as someone leaves they get right to the cleaning! Very impressive. Keep up the amazing work! Also every other location has stale buns but NOT here! <3

I did not get two sandwhiches i paid for, and the cashier refused to give them to me when I asked

Always slow, never gets order right, mixes up orders, dirty building, and rude workers for the past eight years at the same location, forgets stuff, homeless around the building.

Jessica was great and attentive! She brought our food to us even though she didn't have to. She went back when we asked for more condiments. Festive decor. Clean playground! +

I order a Mc. Chicken sandwich it was burnt had way to much mayo it was groose. Won't be back.

Ordered a small vanilla shake. When I got home I saw what looked like chocolate on the bottom. I went back and showed it to the manager who kept saying that is how they make chocolate shakes even though I ordered vanilla. I never received an apology just an explanation that didn't apply.

I originally gave them 5 stars but after my last 2 visits I had to change it. I ordered a small coke and they gave me the small cup they use for like smoothies and orange juice. They gave me my food with the fries flipped over in the bag. Fries were all in the bottom of the bag. Smh come on now I know y'all be in a rush but y'all can seriously do better than that.
