McDonald's, Grand Terrace CA

This location blows, I stop here on my way to work and they messed up my order for 3rd time and didn't realize before I was far away. This is the morning crew that screws up.all it is is 2 sausage egg McMuffins. I only received one and paid for.the 2 for 5 deal. I never leave a review, I'm just hungry and I guys know how ppl get when your hungry. Jack in the box it is for now on

I had to give this McDonald's a 5 Star! Food was fresh and so good! Is was clean! As I was thinking wow this is a clean McDonald's and my bacon, egg and cheese biscuit is so good. My 9-year-old said Mom. My food is so good. I love this McDonald's I said me too! I usually don't eat at McDonald's. I don't like McDonald's because they either mess up on my order or my food is cold and just not good but I will definitely drive out of my way to go to this one any day.

Worst location of McDonald's I went ever. I ordered PLAIN large cappuccino but instead they gave me a CARAMEL Cappuccino. WORST the manager who served me gave me a RUDE LOOK instead of giving apology! NOT HELPFUL THE CASHIER VERY INCOMPETENT & INCONVENIENT

In addition staff in the first window today 9/1/23 doesn't know what's the drive thru mobile order. Worst part sandwich they make here has hair inside of it.so gross Staff here are needed to be fully trained professionally & knowledgeably

It was very good. There was kinda of a long wait in drive thru, but that was kinda of a good sign because the fries would be fresh and hot and the big mac was super good! If you see a long line, it's worth it. Went again today and it was probably one of the best meals I've had there yet! The crew was on point and everything was hot as it should be. Thank you, I will be back!

Please fix your menu board in the drivethru. It's blackened, and you can't see the menu

I’ve never been here and had to wait super long in line, which is amazing for a McDonalds. And their ice cream machine is never broken

I find that the only reason to rate a place like McDonald's is to let people know something surprising, either good or bad, about this specific location. The surprising thing for me at this location was that their ice cream machine WAS WORKING. I was finally able to get my kid a Grimmace Shake. So thank you setting a high standard that can't be easily matched your sister locations.

Absolutely the worst location. I used the mobile app and parked.notified them that I was there and waited 15 minutes before going in to retrieve my order! We were not the only ones doing that.customers parked in spot 2 and 4 had to go in to retrieve their order as well. Shame on you McDonald's and your management team at this location for not knowing how to successfully use the app your company put out.

Would be a better rating if the my didn't give me half of a large fry EVERYTIME I go there

I got 2 orders of pancakes 2 vanilla iced coffee 3 hash browns 1 Mc Gridle and 2 apple pies.well we'll wen asked if I wanted a receipt at drive through I said no not nowing that wen I got home food was missing 2 apple pies and 3 hash browns so I had to drive back just to get attitude from the manager for not having a ceceipt.not coming back made me feel like if I was robing them food I walked out and threw the food away. I always pay for my stuff

I asked for coffee with three creams. I was deliberately served hot water with cream. NO coffee, really disappointing.

Went to buy an ice cream for my son and when he finished it there was a hair inside the cup. Disgusting! Employees need to be more cautious about their hair no body wants to eat your hair!

For the premium prices that they are charging I would rather wait in lion starbucks It would be better to go somewhere else and get your proper order. I informed the person at the window 3 times Gave a simple order for ice coffee with Creamer no sugar said 3 times no sugar I cannot have sugar no sugar To them get to the window to Pay 3ore times Confirmed no sugar no flavoring and final boss last window d ðGive me a sugar filled drink 3 times It is almost liked they do not Understand what diabetes or glucose sensitive people are going through or they just don't care And that is why they hire such incompetent children to run their restaurant. I honestly feel the world should boycott all McDonald's. Never again. Will I be your customer

Too many windows, the order took too long, and they still forget condiments that I paid for.
