McDonald's, Corona CA

It's fast food! They 100% of time time get our fish sandwich wrong. My husband is allergic to cherries and tartar sauce but they add it despite us begging them not to.

Forced to drive to a parking spot when there's no one in the drive-thru line at all
Totally ridiculous simply bad management at its best!

This is one of the slowest McDonald's ever. Be prepared to sit in the drive-thru at least 20mins and going inside is no different. This slow food not fast food! They really need to step it up and don't dare ask for extra condiments, the girl gave me the evil eye.

Waited in line for 30 minutes only 4 cars ahead of us. Ridiculous service. Will not return.

Went through drive through tonight, asked for a vanilla cone and the girl said “I’m not serving ice cream” yet the car in front of me had gotten a mcflurry. The car in front of me were my friends, and had asked if their ice cream machine was working and the worker responded that “they were out of cones”. I could’ve gotten a sundae. Or it would’ve been nice to be informed they didn’t have certain items. They were also pretty dumb. Our friends paid for our order and all they said was “Oh the car in front of you paid” and left the conversation at that until we asked “Well is the food here or did they take it? ” This was at 12: 00am July 20th

What can I say about the D's? Big Mac deal always is the go to. Two big Macs 20 chicken nuggets two Fry's, you'll be eating for days it's a win win win!

Only the fries keep me coming back. McKinley location has got to be the worst hands down. If you show up late its always "sorry it's cash only" which in todays retrospect translates to we don't want to work.

What’s the newest item on the menu? That would be the Grimace shake! What were they out of here, forcing me to get stuck in the drive-thru line because they didn’t bother to have a sign letting people know they were out of the hottest item on the menu? That’s right, Grimace shakes! Wasted 20 minutes of my life waiting on people ahead of me just to drive right on through with a whole lot of nothing.

Manager very rude she needs to learn customer service. My drink was really melted down I got a frozen fruit punch, when I asked to refill it she said you touched it so I can’t touch it very rudely. What she should have said is I will give you another one, instead she filled up a little water cup and said here take this and walked away. Bad service will never go to that McDonald’s again. She needs to learn how to treat “paying customers”. I spent almost 30.00 there.

This McDonald's is the worst as well as the service. I ask for fries with out salt and they still put it on. I definitely want be eating here again.

8: 30am rude lady handing out the orders at the window shouldn’t be at the window, McDonald’s should know that customer service is one of the important things in a fast food restaurant. Lady handed me the food, no eye contact, no greetings, no smile, didn’t say thank you or anything she was literally having a conversation with her coworker while handing me the food. Very unprofessional!

Well McDonald's is McDonald's what can you say. It's a good restaurant in a good area though

Ordered fries at the drive thru. They made me pull over at ther drive-thru stall and that my fries will be brought out. I've been here for 20mins still waiting.

I gave her two stars I don't eat there but my grandkids love the chicken nuggets that's all they get is chicken nuggets the 20 piece chicken nugget

Around 1130 p.m, after visiting mc donalds, I found 2 long pieces of brown hair inside 1 of the Mcdoubles I ordered. After my 1st bite, I noticed a long string when i was starting to chew & when I pulled it out of my mouth, it ended up being a long brown hair. So upon further inspection, when I opened up the other patties, I saw another long hair that was stuck in between the cheese & other patty. & to top it off while I was grabbing some fries, I also found a long black hair in the fries, as well. I'm disgusted, appalled, & disappointed in the cooking staff & mostly management. I'm a male with short hair, so there was no way it was mine. I'm disgusted how things are being handled sanitary wise. I will not return to this McDonald's location. This isn't the 1st times I've had problems with this specific location.

Go the one on Hidden Valley if you always want fresh food with no hair

So I went through the drive through and ordered my usual a couple of breakfast sandwiches and when I got to the window to grab my order I realized I didn’t have any water to wash down my food so when I asked the girl at the window she denied me my water and said I need to order it at the menu board what the heck is going on with McDonald’s this was the first time I’ve ever had this happen and she was so rude about it. I’m officially done with McDonald’s last time for me
You upper management people desperately need to put your employees through ha customer service class or something what happened to the customer is always right

Im calling corporate for this location. I was trying to dine in since they close at 11pm! And I got there at 10: 30pm! What I know every business suppose to be open till the last minute but 30 minutes it’s not right, I understand 5 mins or even 10 mins but 30 mins?

It said 24 hours and they told us we couldn’t order when they had other people in the line the man a was very rude and he said we came to late when we came in time. They either need to change there website or do what they should
