McDonald's, Bakersfield CA

Absolute rip off. I have avoided eating out for months because of the poor quality and absurd prices. I find myself needing to grab something quickly today. The large fry was only half filled, the double cheese burgers were cold and obviously sitting there a while, only had one piece of cheese. Add a 10 piece nugget and I'm paying $25.00 for absolute garbage. These people don't deserve $20.00 an hour and this company deserves to fail.

Kinda ghetto here but the food is fire and the parking is horrible I park in the parking lot next to the McDonald's it's much easier for me

WORST McDonald’s in all Bakersfield they sale their customer burnt meat and old chicken. Today I bought 3 McDoubles and 3 Chicken all 6 were were so old not eatable. But if I complain to the guy store Manager he will just ask you to leave and not come back in a rude way. McDonald’s how can you let just anyone use your name!

If you’re ordering for delivery using UberEats or DoorDash, it’s best to skip this location. Last 2 orders arrived with half-full frozen coke and half-full large fries. They do a great job packaging with seals/stickers to prevent tampering. Food is usually fresh. Just not nice to skimp customers using delivery.

I ordered a quarter pounder meal.recieved a chicken deluxe meal. When I called I was told they could not replace it, or write my name down for the replacement on next visit.

I've been to plenty of mcdonald's around town but this one is closer to my house and I have to say it's the best one. Food quality is always perfect but the best part is their coffee. It always tastes great. The other places never do it like this one.

For some reason this is the only McDonald's that ice cream machines are never broken. I come here especially to eat mcflurrys after a light meal. My favorite place

So I went here to go eat and when we ordered the food it took about 20 minutes and I overheard people saying I waited an hour for there food. Also the service was alright but lazy and I think that people when they are going to come here to this mc Donalds is to come when its not packed and come here when your really hungry to eat.

The 24 year old manager is rude and his customer service needs work, should never smile at a customer when they are asking you a question. Makes the store look bad

Good. I mean it's McDonald's so what can you expect. The only thing I look at is how a place treats you when you order food from them and this place treats their customers right.

Food was good and hot… but my 2 lg sweet tea were unsweetened was calling to let them know but no answer, phone was just ringing
