McDonald's, Selma CA

Waited 30 minutes to order the food. Takes really long time to get your food. Have our food orders all wrong, can't listen right. This like thee worse restaurants to eat at! Place needs a permanent closed down!

Workers are so slow! And just stand around talking. And their customer service is terrible. Both morning and night shift! So rude.

This McDonald's is one of the worst I've ever been to they are fully staffed and a lot of people just standing around not doing anything they are slow slow to get your food out to you and when they do the fries are cold and the food tastes rotten

Terrible service. We ordered 3 burgers and 2 frappes they gave us one burger and no frappes. We told them they gave us the frappe but gave us one burger. We payed extra for the burger. I do not recommend coming to the location.

If I could give no stars, I would. My food was cold, and fries were not fresh. Soda was flat. The manager was disengaged from everything. Like the customers, the lobby was disgusting. Being I'm disabled I had to eat to take my meds. Homeless people begging for money and sleeping outside. But I will not be back.

The service was terrible, you had to wait a long time for a refill and they had enough staff working but everyone was talking and others were on the phone and the food was very salty and the chips were cold.

We love McDonalds for its consistent quality standards. You know exactly what you will get as you walk into any one, anywhere. Real boon when traveling!

Sorry to say this but if you’re looking for a McDonald’s and getting ready to pass through Selma, don’t. Just stop in Fowler or take the extra few miles and go to the one in Kingsburg.
Food here is either cold or incorrect 90%, and wait times in the drive-thru and in the lobby most time don’t make sense.
Lobby looks great and for the most part it’s clean but outside of that it’s unfortunate and not worth it.

Food took forever to come out, and when it did the fries were so oversalted they were inedible. Worst McDonalds experience in a long time.

Horrible experience. They forgot my order and when I came back to get it they took super long at the window. Meanwhile workers are walking back and forth with their own drinks ignoring everyone at the window.

It seems that they do not want to work well. They last a long time and I never got my chocolate milk at my happy meal. They made it a sad meal. They don't even have a soda fountain so we have to wait in line for a soda. The bathrooms are not open to customers either. When they gave us the food, they didn't ask us if we wanted condiments or anything, they just turned and left. We also saw a vapi g worker outside and then he entered the restaurant and continued working. Then I smelled the vape inside the restaurant.

25 minutes drive thru to get 2 hamburgers and an ice tea. Ordered unsweetened ice tea was served sweetened tea two times before getting the unsweetened. Horrible service will not go to this place again

Consistently the worst McDonalds location we’ve been to. Long drive through times, always out of something, make sure to check your order because
its always wrong somehow. Managers don’t care about their staff as they post “cash only” signs on the order screen, trapping customers in the drive through and causing what little staff they have to be yelled at from rightfully annoyed customers. This location needs new ownership/management. For now it’s worth the drive to kingsburg to avoid.

Update: we all got food poisoning after eating. Absolutely DO NOT recommend.

The worst McDonalds! Never gets the order right and makes u wait a million years after they already made u wait the first million year and they messed up the order a second time too

Hardly ever go this location and probably won't ever go there again. They had plenty of staff but still were not able to keep up with the orders. People had been waiting for 30min to an hour for their orders. We waited about 45min for ours. Several customers were coming in from the drive thru to get a refund. Customers in the lobby were also asking for refunds.
