McDonald's, Riverside CA

Out of all the McDonald's in Jurupa Valley this one on limonite avenue, is the worst. I had six thousand bonus points from using the app and I got shortchanged a Big Mac. The quality of the food in this place sucks too obviously they need to purge current management out of this store because the ones on Arlington and the valleyway are good performers. In fact the driver named Brandy didn't deliver the food to my door she just hung it on my fence. If these people can't do their damn job then they shouldn't be making $17 an hour. And that means getting you order correct to you owe me a Big Mac and I intend on pursuing it even if I have to go to the news media. They should slate this store for total automation. Maybe then people will learn to appreciate having a job when robots will eliminate their jobs. From now on I'm sticking with IN N OUT BURGER, and not patronizing McDonald's anymore.

First off, let’s start with the 3.6 stars it should be way less than that. Every time I come to this McDonald’s either they’re only excepting cash or only excepting card or there’s always some type of catch when you go through the drive-through either they’re only serving pastries, but no drinks and no food or vice versa or there’s always something going on here where they’re not excepting some type of currency and they’re not giving out certain types of food and then they make you wait in line in the middle of the night while the homeless people are standing at the door and at the window asking you for money and asking you for food when they clearly don’t have anything inside their store or ever stocked or they’re just too lazy to unfreeze it and stick deep fryer and whip it up. No accountability no contact number to speak to managers the owners whoever they are they do obviously do not care about their company. My suggestion is drive a little further to get better quality food, and less of a headache, but from my experience, which is quite a bit coming to this one between the hours of 11 PM and 6 AM the night crew is unbearable and unprofessional. Please heed this warning and save your money and go somewhere else where they take care of you.

I'm sorry but this is by far the worst service I've ever experienced at a McDonald's. I pre ordered on my app and then I waited for over 30min for my 2 meals for my kids.people I ordered before got their food before me? Why have a app? I can only blame the management for this. Note to self do not come to this McDonald's.

Another fast food restaurant that doesn’t understand the point of a drive through. They take your order and then immediately send you to the parking lot to wait for your food. Even if there is no line behind you.

I’m sitting here watching car after car park after going through the drive through. Might as well go inside.

Ordered ahead through the app so it's ready when i got there.staff were helpful and friendly, just very busy so even though I see my order, I had to wait for someone to get it for me.

Excellent attention, the food is not like it is in the photo of the menu. For frequent users they know what the taste is like. An access code is required to enter the restrooms.

I normally don't review often but I just had to this. I've order plenty of ISweet Iced Coffees in my time but this was the first. I went ahead and order my usual sweet ice coffee through the drive through when I received my order. I noticed that the coffee didn't have any sweeter. I made a return and went back through the drive through to get some suger packets And to my surprise, the manager was rude. Stating that I had order a black coffee without flavor I explained to her that I wanted a sweet coffee and she said that there is no such thing I almost die laughing. So if you want a sweet ice coffee. I guess this is not the McDonald's for you. They don't know what that is.

The two registers are a bad idea. Yes I had the two cheeseburgers combo, so did the other guy. So which is which? They are not clear.
Did not get it right, said no onions, one no onions and one onions but no pickles? Why?

The is as is, it's mcdonalds you're not getting lobster, but if you're a night shifter on their way home from work, this is the McDs for you! Mario is the night manager and runs a great ship, there was a discrepancy with our card and we got double charged, no big deal, called the place up and Mario took my name down and said I can come get the refund or a replacement meal, I opted for the meal as I'm here a lot. Either way this staff is patient and they don't seem to make soggy fries.

The staff is friendly. It's packed at dinner time around 6 I hate mc Donald's my wife goes alot. I like the nuggets that's about it. I get the coffee it's usually pretty good not stale.

I have been using the app and doing curbside for a couple of years but recently there is always a long wait where I end up either going inside or going through the drive thru. This visit ended up taking 30 minutes because after 15 minutes my order showed completed and I had to spend 15 minutes in the drive thru.

The server was very thoughtful. I ask him if they had any happy meal Mario cart carts this week in the happy meals and he told me their were only two left, so I asked him if I could get those two for my grand babies and he set them aside for me when I ordered my happy meals. Kudos to the server
