This location is taking a very LONG time to get the playground opened again for our kiddos, Other than that most of the staff are helpful and kind.
Too bad the app sucks. You build up bonus points and when it gets to certain amount the app pretends there is a problem with your card so can’t use it. Meanwhile, your card works everywhere else without a hitch. So you finally delete your card and then link the same card and it works like everywhere else again. But your points are gone and it’s your fault for solving their problems. That seems rather petty. So much for savings and convenience.
Pretty stupid door dasher has to call, to pick up the orders during the night, we can't use the drivethro, might as well keep a door open so we can walk in and out. Been waiting on a ice-cream Sunday for 45 plus minutes on a Monday night is pretty dam horrible. No other mc Donald's does this!
The parking lot was crazy and crowded police showed up just not what you want for breakfast
A great McDonald's in Lompoc. Service was good and the food was good. There is an awesome looking indoor, two story playland with a large "party" room. Sadly, it was closed and my 5 y.o. Was bummed. Looking forward to coming back when it's open.

McDonald’s recently opened up after being closed for covid. I went to get some dinner and the wait time to order indoors was twenty minutes because of some guy complaining about his online order going to eat in at McDonald’s is a hassle. And they have plenty of employees.
