McDonald's, Citrus Heights CA

Walk in to use the restroom and get some coffee. Did not receive service.the bathrooms were locked, so I ended up going to the gas station right next door.

It's amazing to me what a difference between McDonald's a couple of miles can make. I moved to citrus heights from Fair oaks about a month ago. The location in Fair oaks was fast efficient fresh and hot food every time. I have been to this location on Auburn around seven times in the last month I have never once received fries that were more than lukewarm. I ordered the Mccrispy and the grand McChicken both tasted about 3 hours old. I ordered quarter pounders with cheese and Big Macs both of which also came lukewarm and obviously not freshly made despite stating that quarter pounders are made to order. Go here for overpriced lukewarm food that is never fresh, I mean you guys charge almost five bucks for french fries and you can't even make them be hot? Wont be spending my hard earned money on mediocre cold food. The staff here starting with the management need to be replaced, they don't do McDonalds right and have lost my business. After more than 7 visits, havent been satisfied once!

Was very nice to get hot fresh food. Great breakfast sandwich and hash browns. Coffee was delicious as well

The staff here used to be amazing, but lately they are all grumpy jerks! Plus, when I got home I realized I didn't have straws or napkins. The buns were hard, the fries were cold. I'll never go to this location again!

The leadership and management here is the worst. They could care less about making things right when they make mistakes. They never apologize and they would rather argue with you than just fix what they mess up. I only go here cuz I live a block away. If you can avoid it then do.

Best McDonald's! There fries are the bomb! The staff are very friendly. Thank you for taking your job seriously.

Ordered for outside pick up. Everything was hot AF just the way I like it and tasted good. Thank you!

Got the wrong order. Ordered 20 McNuggets. Got half a bag of fries and a cold burger. I worked all day to give my kid a meal I don’t want. Just kinda sucked.

I went through the drive thru for a diet coke and 2 tacos while traveling.

I rarely eat fast food, so I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh the tacos were! They were packed full too.

The last fast food taco I had was in 2021 at a Taco Bell, and it was skimpy, stale, and not worth eating. This was opposite. I would visit this location again.

Staff was professional, courteous, and happy. Rare in 2023 retail.

The soda was clean tasting and mixed well which is always hit and miss. It was a good experience over all.

I ran in to see, it's normal. I didn't eat, because I only like to have breakfast there, but I passed by in the afternoon, I looked in for the first time, because I had never been here before, I was just going to be. The service is pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere is really homey. The service is slightly above average, because the only thing is that there is not enough space to sit down, many people were standing, waiting for free seats. What's worse, it's exactly that. The food, I know, in all their establishments is simple, but really home-made, delicious. I can walk to this establishment, but I like to sit for a long time, so I go to the Madison-Auburn fork, the place is big there, I used to sit (not only me) with a laptop, now with a mobile phone, enjoying my favorite dishes.

Staff were very unhelpful, you literally must be specific about deals that you want, otherwise they automatically will charge you individually for items and not even ask if you wanted things like a combo, or 2 for 4$, etc.

Use drive through services is great make sure you ask for napkins I ordered Big Mac combo large

It never fails when I order from this location. The food is always cold, fries are stale, burgers are dry, and the service sucks. It’s sad when you order cheeseburgers, there are little to no onions on it and if you’re lucky, a pickle. I counted 4 little pieces of diced up onion on my burger. This is ridiculous. It’s not just a one time thing but it’s always this way. Not sure if this is a McDonald’s standard now, because the location was gf manzanita does the same thing. Beware when going through the drive thru because they always mess your order up.
