McDonald's, Santa Nella CA

The service was very slow and there was a lot of miscommunication and people in the back had poor attitude and they share a space with a gas station I will never be back at this McDonald's.

Patron beware of the napkin police! Got called out for taking more napkins than what they thought I needed. Luckily I resisted arrest and evaded the napkin police. On the drive back home, I nearly ran out of napkins due to the fact that mayonnaise and ketchup was pouring out of my burger and the fries were over salted. My car now looks like a crime scene. Crimson colored ketchup is on the windows, dash and floor. But my hands and mouth are clean. Could this be the crime of the century? I shall now go by the name, The Napkin Bandit, fugitive on the run.

Took longer than it expected, not sure if their systems are malfunctioning but service was great after the fact and food

So to start off I only ordered 2 large fries $10.75 can you believe that? That is insane. Service was slow. But fries were hot and fresh. Employees seemed unorganized and under trained.

My husband and I just stopped here for a quick bite on a road trip. I just have to say, Margaret, who was working at 5: 30am, was just the sweetest person. She was so helpful, she brought us our coffee and food to our table and wished us well on the rest of our drive. What a joy she is. Thank you, Margaret!

Trash overflowing, coffee items not available. Didn't want to order or eat in a dirty place.

Food was done fast. Service was quick. I rate 3 on atmosphere because its busy obviously but not only that, the restroom had no toilet paper, and a male worker went in to put in the toilet paper instead of letting the female worker putting it inside. The female stayed at the door, in a way at least she stand there to look everything went well.

My greatgranddaughter & I ordered cheese and bacon burgers, but they had no bacon! I suddenly realized it, so I took the burger back to the McD's clerk. She asked if I wanted it on my burger, or on the side, which is what I requested. So that is two slices is what I got. Ciara didn't get her bacon either, so I gave her one also! That was great customer service!

Waited in the drive thru for 25 mins with only one car ahead of me. Such slow service. When I got to the window the girl was rude. Usually McDonalds isn’t so slow or rude for that matter. Won’t return to this location.

Only stopped at this location because my kids were hungry and i wouldn't recommend this specific location. Food wasn't fresh. My husband's 1/4 w/cheese was hard to swallow, super dry hamburger patties. Fries looked double dipped (see through brown). Wouldn't stop here again. Waste of money, should of went to Panda Express.

I don't know how else to express my disgust for this store. From the time you drive up to the speaker until you have your food it is beyond crummy service.

You drive up, there is no acknowledgement of you being there for a few minutes.

When you get to the window be to get your food, be prepared to be treated like your money is more important to them than providing service for what you pay for.

The gal I dealt with gave me 1 drink, walked away, handed me the 2nd drink and said have a nice day.

So, there were 3 drinks and food, and when I had to interrupt her she got snotty with me. I finally got the food, and had to ask again for the 3rd drink.

So I get to a parking spot to check the food. The hash browns were thrown in the bag, one was in its side, the other was not even it's wrapper. The Sausage McMuffin with egg was warm at best, the sausage biscuit was hard, and the plain biscuit we got was hard too.

The only reason I didn't go in or call them is because I didn't want to deal with people who make it known that they hate their customers.

I also continuing on a trip north and didn't have time with their shenanigans.

Personally I think 1 star is too much credit.

The restroom was dingy. And I was traveling, so I probably won't revisit it for a while.
