McDonald's, El Monte CA

This place had wall to wall panhandlers, homeless sleeping near the entrance and the parking lot just smelled like urine and human waste
I proceeded with my walk-in order for take out, 2sausage McMuffin with eggs 2 hash browns, two coffees with cream and sugar inside. I leave only to notice some homeless people asking for money or spare change, rush back to the holiday inn to eat.
They ended up giving me some ham and egg sandwich black cold coffee and 1 hash brown
I don’t know, call the city, check your stuff before you Leave folks, I ain’t never coming back to this rat hole

Warm, welcoming and very fast drive through service. Delicious food and plenty of parking spaces.

If you order Large Frappe. They will give you Medium Frappe. I asked the staff and they told me our Large is Medium. This is clearly cheating the customers. How can they do this?

McDonald, It is the place that brings me the most beautiful memories of my children since their childhood.

Bertha is in charge of the janitorial services at McDonald’s. She’s the highlight of this particular McDonald’s.

Usually go through drive Thru. Seemed a bit understaffed or just too busy due to the wait but I know they tried to be fast and efficient and we’re kind. Happy that my food was freshly made!

CAUTION ORDERING THROUGH APP. They dont give you youre entire order, check your bags. You have to remind them to put the sauce in your bag even though they ask you what you want when you place your order. So frustrating.

3.16.2023 I went back today and they messed up my order again. I had to tell my kids we can't eat from their anymore. The employees just want a paycheck, they don't take any pride in their job or customer service.

The young man at the drive out window was rude. I asked him if I could have fresher fries and he tells me “uhh well you already touched them”…Uh, yeah! That’s how I check to see if they’re fresh or not! Duh!
I called back to talk to the manager and he was just as bad. His excuse was “it’s not our policy to take food back”. What? ! I wasn’t asking anyone to take my food back, I just wanted fresher fries!

It's McDonald's. It's the same thing as every other. On the rare accasions that they mess something up or forget some. They always fix it. So don't be a D***K. It's the closest one to my residence. And contine to be a customer IM LOVN IT
