McDonald's, Victorville CA

Had to go through the line 2x because the cashier could not make an adjustment to my order, so had to go through the drive thru again.

Today I went and Giselle brought my order she was lovely and very apologetic and friendly but the girl that was out there first monya or something like that with glasses and braids she was so rude to me! She needs to learn better customer service, I dont know how to pronounce her name but she was delivering the food first and I asked where I park and she had the worst attitude and was so confused there was no numbered spots available, she needs to be nicer, monya or something like that, she was African American, Giselle definitely made it better I was gonna call and complain. Rudest service ever from her! She needs to learn how to treat paying customers better she get paid to do it.

Seriously, stop sending all drive thru customers to park in the front and having only one employee come out to hand out the foods! Literally a waste of time for the employee to figure out what customer ordered what! If the food isn't ready then have drive thru customers wait! Spent 5 min in drive thru 15 minutes waiting in front

It's McDonald's busy at times, appears clean but then it's McDonald's you know what you're getting.get the fries then go In N Out get your burger

Every time I go here and order they always seem to be clueless, & always have to get down because they always get my order wrong, EVERY DAM TIME. This is the worst mcdonals I have ever been to, just this location. I waited over 15 minutes just to get two lids.

This place is horrible ……. The management hangs up on you. The owner has no common sense. The workers have no knowledge, poor customer service and mess up the orders constantly. The health department needs to shut this place down. The front dinning area is always trashed they never clean and it’s so unsanitary. Save yourself your money and time. Eat Somewhere Else.

This location lacks proper McDonald's training at all levels

Waited in the drive through for 5 minutes then placed my order. Once I got to the window the cashier read off my order with additional food that I didn't order. I repeated the order to her and she asked me to "hold on a minute" as she closed the window. I waited another 3 minutes before she opened the window and told me I had to go around and reorder or go inside to order again because she couldn't find my order. What? She literally repeated my order to me with additional items added to it. Why not just take off the extra I didn't order? She commences to tell me, "Go around again or go in to order cuz you're holding up the line". This place has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

It is a crapshoot whether they will have the icecream machine working. They advertise apple pies but rarely have them available. If this was a one off occurence it would not be a big deal but this issue is really ridiculous.

They need to stop parking people, they say go park in stall 2 but then you get there and stall 2 along with every other stall is full and so is every other regular parking space full of someone waiting for food. And by the time your stall opens up theres already someone else designated for it. Then it still takes them 10-30 minutes to bring out your food. Why should the customer have to suffer parked in the heat just to make sure you guys don't ruin your times. They need better management to run more efficiently.

This location is in a more run down part of town. Homeless hang around, so they have a restroom code. Service staff ignore you, until you put in an order at the kiosk. We are entering a cyberpunk digital dystopia and witnessing the downfall of American civilization here in California, so what more can one expect from a once beloved corporate retail chain.

First off, this McDonald's never acknowledges you. It's usually a 10 mins wait to be acknowledged and to place an order. We usually have to ask for service. Last time I checked, that is their job. Anyways, placed an order got our order wrong and the employee has the nerve to argue with me and tell me I ordered wrong. She kept running her mouth to the other employees. I tell her she needs to shut her her mouth and do her job. This employee Yasmin has the nerve to call me out, like to go outside and fight.there are several people including staff that can attest to that. Calling a man out, who does that and what company hires people like that. I'm still waiting to hear back from management to make sure the issue was dealt with, because in all honesty the managers seem to timid to addresses issue right then and there

Very busy and disorganized. We had to go back for the cups on our app order and it was difficult to get someone's attention. There were lots of people crowded around the pick up area as there was no other option.

Horrible service. Dirty dining area. Got my order wrong even after I corrected them at the register and food was awful. Waste of money.
