McDonald's, Menifee CA

Mc Donalds is so busy now Dining in is a hassle to order and an extra wait for condiments. After they abandon your bag at the counter.

By far the slowest fast food restaurant in Menifee, Murrieta & temecula. The 2nd window person in the drive thru will not have your food and direct you to the curbside parking spaces. It also doesn't matter the time of day or how many people are in the drive thru.

Went there yesterday outside was clean minus the biker kids hanging out in front. Service was great restrooms were clean. Frenchfries were hot cause anyone who goes to a McDonald's knows it's a hit or miss sometimes lol. Overall a good experience.
Side note: For the people rushing to use the restroom. You will need someone to buzz you in into the restroom.

Great McDonald's location to visit. Very rarely do they mess up an order. Only con is that it's usually very busy.

Very bad service the employees have a bad character especially the women no one is in front assisting customers for any questions.people leave upset.the dashers have to wait a long time prepare your employees if they don't want to work look for another work where they don't have to interact.with customer services.the McDonald's check depends a lot on these customers, use your brain

Ordered two Mac Doubles with no cheese. Got two with cheese and one had only one hamburger in it. Returned them. The second time they got me two Mac Doubles with cheese. Took the cheese out. And this is who will be making $20 an hour? Give me a break.

Not a bad place. The staff were very friendly, but the food wasn't the greatest. Tasted a little old and the fries were not completely done

I stopped for a burger before going to a job at 10: 10 am. But it's still breakfast, only time. I got the chicken with pancake bun. It actually was good. I don't go to McDonald's very often but it's convenient for my trip to the city where I had a job.

McDonalds is always good food, but this one started blaring dubstep music at high volume. We can barely hear each other.

This McDonald's is very kept up and very clean. Came in at 7: 00am and surprisingly it was very busy but they were very friendly and fast. Got us in and out really quickly. Cashier was super friendly and had a terrific positive vibe. Made me have a positive vibe too. Thank you everyone at this McDonald's location for the great experience, service and awesome breakfast.

I recently visited the newly remodeled McDonald's branch and found the experience to be on par with my expectations from the brand. The updated decor was visually appealing, but the overall experience was in line with what I've come to anticipate from most McDonald's outlets. The menu, service, and overall atmosphere remained consistent with the familiar McDonald's experience.

Can't say there wasn't one part of our order messed up on. The McDonald's on menifee rd.and Newport rd. They need to step it up on some training.

Horrible service. The girls at the drive-thru during the late afternoon were so rude. The little one with the braids or curls was super rude left me talking and closed the window on me. Then comes another one with an efd up attitude and stares at me instead of asking me what I need. Your egos are too high for working at a McDonald’s. It’s a shame that you get 1 star considering the morning crew is always very attentive and polite.

Tends to over prep the food and you get older food from the heat lamp that is dry. Service is extremely slow and they are not organized. No one pays attention the cash register or counter so it take a long time to order.

Best best with this and other locations is to Phoenix app the purchase then cone in and pickup or eat in.

Drive thru is decently quick. Rather polite. Annoyed how they instantly have their employees trained to ask "are you going to be using the mobile app today" I'd bet 80% of their customers say no. They need to get rid of this idea and stop asking.

Ordered on app, it messed up and added extra items after charging. Manager provided refund and gave extra 2 sandwiches anyways. 10/10 service thank you.
