McDonald's, San Diego CA

I ordered a big Mac and fries, and it was disgusting. I should have known something was wrong when the cheese hanging out the sandwich was already as if it had been sitting for a while. The color was dark orange, not yellow. Everything had a weird taste. I took two bites and threw it away. This was about two weeks ago, granted I did go before they closed. The one on the palm fries is hot, and they prepare it as if it were cooked for themselves. My stomach did not feel good afterward, so I'm taking a break from McDonald's all together.

Terrible service, I will never return to that place, they made me wait to not deliver my order

Understaffed and excessive customers cashier would attend one paying customer and go back for three or four orders for about 8 minutes and come back to attend another paying customer at the cashier box not good McDonald's has a lot of money

Worst ever. Guy told me to wait and then came back and told me “I’m closed” it’s 7: 30 pm? Worst ever

I ordered my food in advance. I showed up, and ended up waiting 15+ mins for ny food.
When i arrived the cashier had her back towards the lobby. When i called for assistance she intentionally walked away clearly her her phone was more important.

The manager wasnt no better he was on phone, checking his phone every 2mins it seemed when he was in public.
The restaurant clearly pays for laziness. They should consider closing as this isn't the first or second time its happened. I have a life, and it doesn't and shouldn't revolve workers who care more about there phones than their jobs!

Worst service of any mcDonalds
I have ever been. Too slow even when there is no customers.they are always running out of something like butter, decaf coffee, Mexican hot sauce, etc.

Too bad, it's a very bad McDonald's, it's not worth getting there unless you're very hungry and you like to wait, it's not worth waiting so long for something that seems to be done in a rush, I won't get there again

If you’re going to order online please make sure to check your order before you leave, they kept messing up my order.
I understand they’re busy and short staffed but please have your employees check the orders before handing them off to the customers

Mc Donalds is bad for you don’t eat here! I only asked for water and got a that’s it look! Sorry I can’t even get tap water and have to purchase sodium and saturated fat to get water.
