McDonald's, South San Francisco CA

I really loved their food. I always get excellent service there. The place is neat and the employees are always very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Not a bad McDonald's, but reason for 2 stars is they charge $5 for the sausage egg and cheese McMuffin. All the other McDonalds charge $3. Sometimes their drive-thru is packed as well.
The McDonald's in Millbrae is $3, Half Moon Bay is $3, Belmont is $3, San Mateo is $3, so why they charge $5? It's good, but not $5 good

Really bad attitude, even in rush hour still can't serve all my order in 4 TIMES! YES 4 TIMES! IT'S MADE ME RETURN MY ORDER IN FINAL AND GIVE ME THE WRONG CHARGE.

Great customer service always quick too walk in or drive thru always a great experience at this location!

The menu and service were beyond our expectations. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant. Nice place to take my family out for dinner.

This one of more "cleaner" and modern McDonald's. Service is always fast at the counter as well as the drive-thru. They now have the kiosks to make ordering easier.

Doors say lobby open til 11 I show up at 10: 35 doors are locked knock on door some guy behind the counter was signing like they are closed to go though drive though. I can't go through the drive because I have a full size vane with rased roof. Plus trailer that is parked a block away. I fell that is very bad customer service and false advertising. Todd Crowder.

Just shy of what we expect from McDonald's because the Powerade we ordered was syrupy and too sweet.

Open late hours for that late night snack after working the night shift or midnight munchies. Nice drive through.

The best McDonald's in the bay area for sure. I think so because it ain't in the hood where most mcds are at in sf. These ain't people from the hood making your food. These guys are next to the airport, you guessed it! Higher standards means higher quality. I live in sf and if I crave mcds this is the place I'd be. Also these guys are the most hard working people here, Latino and Asians. How do I know? Go order anything on their menu and it looks like they cut it out of the damn poster. Even their chicken nuggets are crispy like no other mcds. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Go to the next closet mcds on Geneva or Bayshore and compare them. The next mcds I'd go to is the one on Ocean ave. They're not bad but sometimes a hit or miss with nuggets.

Literally ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meal just now and my hash brown was straight COLD like the entire middle was still damn near frozen. I get it’s late and the lines long and you guys are short staffed.get another job if your don’t like doing what you’re getting paid to do smh. I was very polite and was trying to look past the long wait time. Poor service, cold food, and terrible service I would definitely never recommend going to this McDonald’s especially later at night.

Great food but you'll have a hard time trying to find a seat inside for breakfast and part of the early lunch.

Food is good, coffee is great, but service is excellent, senior lady taking orders is so friendly and charming, I'M LOVING IT!

Sucked. The drive thru worker acted like I was putting him out for asking for a drink carrier. Her handed part of my order to me without a bag. Groups of people were walking through the drive thru line. This was at almost midnight on 5/26/18. The worker was a pudgy Hismanic man in his kate 20s with glasses. Hopefully, he will be unemployed soon.

The coupon scanner wasn't working, so I didn't get credit towards my free coffee. Ah well.

Bad service, cannot resolve what customer request for the special breakfast and restroom stink and homeless are sleeping dining area.

The new Pico guacamole sandwich is very good. There was a line when I walked in so I use the new self-serve kiosk and paid with a credit card got my order in right away.

I have to give this McDonald's 2 Stars. I have came to this location several times and it seems when you order through the drive-thru they either move too fast and forget to put items in your bag best to check before leaving drive-through window

Customer service sucks. I have nothing against any race, but why work somewhere you can't speak the language. I get so frustrated because they can't understand me, and it's more then three times, and at both East Palo Alto locations

Like any other McDonalds, I guess. You can order on your mobile app and they will bring out to your car. Beats sitting in the drive-thru.
