McDonald's, Los Angeles CA

The middle aged Hispanic guy behind the counter was very rude and screwed up my order on purpose. Thanks to his very nice lady boss, the issue got resolved.

Good quality of food hot fresh & friendly like that McDonald's out of a lot of the ones I go to

The lady at the order drive thru was rushing me to give her my order I was taking orders from each person in my car. I was trying my hardest to make it quick even though there was no one behind me or infront of me, there was no one.

McDonalds is fast food, not quality. But this location in particular is not good. Cheeseburgers were over seasoned, the fries undercooked and the coke was no good either.so keep driving, don't stop here.

Good to drive through but I'm not sure about done in. Good is always on point at the drive through from my experience.

This McDonald's (Sunset and Fountain) has been in the Hood since I was a kid.
It was the first McDonald's restaurant built in East Hollywood where I grew up.
I have fond memories of at this particular McDonald's, in my heart and memories it always get high marks.

Decades later another McDonald's was built on the other end of the area I grew up in, on Vermont and Melrose.

Manager was very rude. I was told at the intercom my total was 2.19. I give the clerk 5.19. I receive back 1.93. He says oh my manager rung it up I speak with the manager she says oh he rung up the wrong amount, if you don't like it I can give you your money back and go somewhere else. This is an example of why Franchises don't work. Never going here again rude manager, reflects the staff and owner

Avoid this place. Used to be a good place to eat. Not after Fernando showed up. No more friendly service. Orders are wrong when ordering through the app.

I like this McDonald's because it's it's on Sunset Boulevard. The seating area was rather clean, but the restroom needed some attention. Liked the Hollywood environment being that I'm from New Orleans. I wasn't here to eat, although the staff did let me use the restroom without being a customer.

The best place ever to have my favorite things with my kids and grandkids 7days a week thank you.

Great place, clean and nice staff. I'm here every other day. My grandmother loves and has to have her sausage egg and cheese mc muffins.

No humans will take your order after 9pm, only robots. Would be awesome, except 2 of 4 robot card machines are broken and the third has no working printer to print your order number. Employees passive and terrible. What a mess, this place. Oh. And apple pies are served cold.

This McDonald's has a playplace. It also has a ordering kiosks, though my food didn't come for over 20 minutes and it was wrong so you should stick with ordering at the register. They have low tables and high tables. The location is conveniently located near Sunset Junction. Egg McMuffin sandwiches here are pretty good too.

Unreliable and rude. They accept orders and payment for items they know they don't have and then call you up to the counter 2 minutes later to tell you they don't have what you ordered and you should order something else. If you ask for a refund and paid with a card they tell you that you have to call your bank. And by the way I notice several 5 star reviews are from employees at this location who I recognize.

They mess up your food when you complain they say they will replace it you go back n they don't their rude customer service sucks

This is my favorite McDonalds. I will only drink the lattes and hot chocolates from this location because they are actually good. Worth it! Plus I always see familiar faces and they are nice, and I rarely have to worry about my order. Good place.

Clean restrooms, fast and great service.very busy though, so be prepared to be looking for parking at busy times for a few minutes.not to bad though.

Ordered hot black coffee, when served, got iced coffee. Staff looked confused, then said machine wasn't working so I took it anyway.

After sometime, went to rest room, had to used the toilet (bad coffee or food?), staff open restroom door right after I enter and repeated said "excuse me, I need cleaning restroom". Over and over again, and the restroom was not dirty at all. Not even especially the toilet that I badly need to go, also staff didnt even check first.
