McDonald's, San Diego CA

It's McDonald's so I'm not going to rate this as if it was a real restaurant. This one operates fast and delivers food as expected.

Unfortunately the McDonald's on Linda Vista road has a very rude manager I think they call her Lily she's mean to her employees thinks illegal threats you know and it's I'm assuming that they're afraid of getting fired so they don't say anything not quite sure how she manages to keep her job there

Don't use that McDonald if you want decent customer service. I bought a meal at the Drive-thru facility. Needed to take a leak real quick. Thought to myself no problem. Came in through the front door and asked sincerely: "I am your customer may I use your bathroom" It also happened to be the same guy that served me at the window. He said No! Then asked for his name. He was extremely hesitant. His manager came out and said Daniel. Is that your name I asked the guy. He said: "YES THE BATHROOMS ARE CLOSED"

Its mcdonald's. What more can I say. It'll never be a 5 star restaurant and they should be happy with this review. Most fast food places are usually 2 star restaurants but I decided to give them one extra for my benevolence is unmatched by many, matched by few, and surpassed once in a lifetime. Im not joking. I am a homeless bum yet I always pay it forward to my fellow brethren more than I probably can afford. Except tonight. Just 4 hot and spicy mcchickens and feeling fat happy and satisfied. By mcdonald's but not by cricket

Horrible service at Linda Vista location. Night manager Juan refused to honor a discount on a coffee with proof in hand.telling me it's bc he's the manager and he said no!

There is never any consistency here with food quality. This last visit, my chicken nuggets were chewy, stale, cold, and tasted like they'd been fried in days old oil. French fries were burnt and stale as well. Lines were short this time, but usually their lines are backed up and take a while to get through. Would not recommend this McDonald's at all. The convenient location is not worth it for me anymore. I will be driving 5 minutes down the road to a different location from now on.

Friendly customer service, tasty Big Macs, french fries and shakes good place to sit down and enjoy your meal. The breakfast pancakes with eggs and orange juice is great! As well as the chicken nuggets.oh yeah the quarter pounder is good to the ice cream is also good. You have your choice of inside dinning or outside dinning. They are open 24 hours with two drive thru area's they upgraded.

Busy but fun place. The food is delicious and is great if you start out the day here with a pancake, eggs, and hash browns. There is a 2-land drive through and also offers delivery. The reason for 4 stars is because they do not have condiments or napkins on the tables instead you ask for them when ordering food. Other than that it’s is an okay fast food restaurant.

I got to the 2nd window and was asked what I needed after waiting 5 minutes. I said my whole order, which they couldn't find. I handed my receipt over which they just crumpled up. I also asked for extra onions and cheese which I didn't get. What's the point getting them to fix it? They're just going to lose the order again.

I ordered chicken nuggets, they were burnt, brought them back with the receipt got new ones. Got home, still burnt. You guys need to dump the grease it is dead, the fries were pretty bad too. Stop being cheap and dump the fryer. Now I have to pack all 3 kids back in the ar for the 3rd time and go to jack in the box. All i wanted were some nuggets.

I eat Mc Donald all the time that's why I have the app. But sometimes they get it slightly wrong but other then that it's good.

Went here for a McCafe and chicken sandwich. Ordered, then needed the restroom. Ladies bathroom was unusable due to someone's disgusting "accident". GROSS! I informed the manager and she, herself, went to clean and sanitize the restroom. As I was leaving she was cleaning the dining area. She did what needed to be done rather than pull her staff from their positions during lunch hour. I would have rated five stars but the chicken sandwich didn't agree with me. Kudos to management though.

Had to reorder at the window and it was still wrong. They just don't care at this location no matter what time of day it is. We're never going back.

This McDonald's has got to be the most industrious Micky D's I've ever been inside of. The staff was extremely courteous & helpful. Not only do they bring your food to your table but they also bus the tables too. The manager walked around to ask if everything was alright. The only thing they could use a lesson on is, how to make a soft serve ice cream cone- put some ice cream in the bottom of the cone, please.

One look at the unconfident window guy and I knew not to drive away without thoroughly searching my bag. Asked for the missing chicken nugget sauce and got two for my twenty piece. This McDonald's has been around forever but I don't usually go here as there's a closer one which also sucks, so I might as well go there. It seems the cooks are usually pretty competent and food is fine.

Arrived to pick up order, entered mobile location 2 and sat for 15 minutes. Workers did not know where mobile 2 location was next to exit curb. They claimed that I didn't submit location properly despite the receipt indicating my location as #2. The kept going to location #1. Worker insisted it was my fault. Then they did not give me my complete order despite items on receipt. Never apologized. Very disappointed.

I waited 15 mins for a frappe w no whipped cream and it had whipped cream they always take forever and always put whip cream when I always order it w out, this is bad costumer service

No McDonald's has ever more consistently let me down when it comes to crappy employees or messed up orders than this one.

Walk in and they send you to use self service kiosk that takes forever, then can't find where to scan app coupon so have to goto register where they can't get the coupon to work even though we clearly got correct item for the discount, then can't pay with credit card! Have to goto a 3rd location to pay! Now a 5 min transaction took over 15 mins for a "fast food restaurant"

It's just a McDonald's, everyone should know how it's like. Lots of homeless around the area loves to visit this McDonald's daily. There take up the seats for hours. The WiFi here is extremely slow too, I've tried it. This is my meeting spot for selling on Craiglist, OfferUp, or Let it go. It's a great spot for public trading and selling.

If you're feeling poor, this is the place to be. Get full off of 6 dollars. Get fat too.
