McDonald's, Fontana CA

Its ok but it gets to crowded at times specially in the weekends but its a good stop before you get to the high desert

I mean you guys want 15 an hour and you can’t even package a sandwich correctly. Paid 10 bucks for the wrong sandwich

My family and I just moved to the area and decided to grab some food after inspecting our new home. We were a little worried because of the long line in the drive thru, but they were quick and all of our meals were correct! We look forward to going back.

There's always something missing and what's the point of having a phone number if nobody picks it up it just rings forever. I've been in fast food and I know easy it is to forget items, but a whole order being wrong. I also know how important it is to answer customer complaints and this place with no answering the phone is not doing it right.

Its McDonald's. What do you expect a 5 star restaurant. You might get good food one day the next it might be bad.

Nice service inside, but bad drive thru service. The girls handling the money window are wonderful and funny, but past that, it's very unorganized and it seems like some employees are lost

I have to say that this is the only McDonald's that I have ever visited that actually makes the food look just like the pictures on the menu. I come here at least once a month and the food is always perfect. The Big Macs are always perfectly centered. Its almost a shame to eat them. They are hella fast and the employees are always in a good mood. I've never had a rude encounter with an employee at this restaurant and it may be due to good management as well.

I just love egg McMuffins and I very much enjoy when they are on special 2 for 4 or 2 for 5 color me there!

People better check prices and make sure they charge you what it should be.it's been twice that these youngsters want to charge more.good thing I had previous receipts

This location always has the best customer service! The lady at the drive thru is always happy and hooks it up on the sauces!

Very inconsistent! Why have a drive thru if you have to pull forward and wait another 5-7 min. The last three time my order has been wrong. Today I ordered a quarter pounder and this is what I got. Broken patty, cheese one the box not the patty and pickles not in the burger. I not gonna do it anymore, I'm done with this place!

I asked for no onions and they said I didn't specify no onions. They I could tell the basically just took the food back scrapped the onions off n put the ketchup back on it n gave me the same food back. They suck here.

Convenient off the 15 freeway. Usually busy most days and the drive thru gets pretty backed up. It's always super cold inside the restaurant and customer service is average at best. Best bet is to order through the McDonald's app and by pass the long lines inside. Sometimes the restaurant has trash and people sleeping at the tables. I wish they would remodel it and make it a little more welcoming.

Prices once again have shot up! You will now pay as much as you would pay for a sit down dinner. Please note the employees, also, are unhappy with the price change.

It took 3 times for them to get the order right. Customer service was really bad.with the exception of one person, during a weekend and at night.

Watch out using McDonalds mobile app. They sent me a thank you for a 69.37 order that I did not place, charged my checking account 3 times for over 200.00 and gave the order to someone in Minnesota. Mc Donalds Mgr. Told me their app is ran by a 3rd party and could not help me. Problem solved by disputing charges at my bank. Thank you NOT McDonalds.

Everything was made fresh. Even had the right salt for fries. Better McDonald's than any in san Bernardino area.

This McDonald's is pretty decent for the amount of traffic they get. They are located off a busy hub that gets lots of travelers. The staff has always been courteous in the drive thru and inside the establishment. I would like to request that management educate the employees to not wipe the tables that patrons are eating at. It was a little disgusting to have the young lady wipe the table around my food, reaching between my arms as I ate without asking or being asked to do so.

Rude staff. Went through drive thru wants. Told my order. 2 minutes later she came back asking me what my order was again. Asked her if she was being serious and the attitude came right out. Drove to the window and asked to speak to the manager. She literally rolled her eyes at me. Worse service ever.

Out of lemonade, had to pay for large drinks because out of medium cups, and they didn't put ketchup in the bag after I asked for it!
