McDonald's, Richmond CA

This is the slowest drive thru in the nation.
The fries were cold, probably because it took so long to reach the window after ordering

My order was messed up but the cashier was exeptionally nice, gave me my drink without putting too much ice, which is just what i like, unfortunatley the bathrooms are very dirty. This macdonalds could use alot of work, but the workers really make up for it!

This is just my personal opinion and you may not agree with it, but Mickie D's is the worst fast food I have ever tasted.

Chesse nurger are amazing. This place is really great. I have enjoyed coming here time and time again for the fantastic personalized service, appropriate atmosphere, and easy access from every part of the city making it very easy and convenient to find and enter. The business is kept clean and welcoming with good employees, clean facilities, appropriate lighting, clean windows and interior too.

Security guard outside literally yelling at the top of his voice on the phone every other word out of his mouth the N word or F bomb

Rude employees, don't know how to cook a fresh patty. I don't like medium rare, I like it well done! I say it every time, they gonna get somebody sick

It's a shame that this place is so poorly attended. The staff at the counter is unkind, almost rude. There is garbage lying on the floor, the tables are with rest of food and dirty trays, there are homeless sleeping in the seats, and frankly, it is almost disgusting to eat there. Go under your own risk.

You can get food here, that's one star. You can also go deaf if you stay more than 10 minutes, and you will certainly get indigestion or a nervous tic from all the noise. You can also get a prostitute or a dime bag if you want that. I heard someone getting beaten up in the bathroom. Corporate, if you're listening, this place needs immediate long term oversight. It sometimes takes 20 minutes to put in and get your order at the counter.

Very slow line then my nieces food order was incorrect and cold. Shouldn't be eating McDonald's anyway

They take a long time to give you the order last time I gust order 2 mcchickens 1 big mac and a happy meal and take 40 minutes to get my order

I used the mobile app.for the 1st time. In addition to my order being wrong the food was cold. When I went back, they told my the item I ordered was bo longer available and just threw in the bag.

What can one say about a run of the mill, center city Mc Donald's? It's likely exactly as you expect it to be. Food? Same as every other McDonald's. Eating area? Same as every other McDonald's. As an older McDonald's, it doesn't have a child play area.

It has to be the worst McDonald's on the planet absolutely ridiculous they ran out of meat. They just have me waiting line for something on the menu and then tell me they don't have it no more. Homeless people sit outside the window waiting for your change to come back. Whoever owns this needs to be fine by the franchise. The people don't even speak English and get the order wrong every time

Depends on which manager is on shift, and that's how you know your food will be leftovers or fresh.older black lady always comes through. Give her a raise bc otherwise this McDonald is a waste of space.

My wife and I, purchased two LARGE, carnal frappes. When we received them. They were only medium sized. I asked where our large size were. And was told, THAT IS THEIR LARGE.we got taken. We paid for 2 large and only received 2 medium drinks. I wonder, what they are doing with the extra money.

I went to 2 McDonald's and had couon for quater pounder. They did not have it and didnt substitute. Plus it smelled very badly inside restaurant. It is an embarrassment to McDonald's corp and franchise.

0 points you have to go back and get the rest of your order. Mad.and I asked them is all food here no it wasn't drove back angry no point from me.

The parking here was for some reason not pleasant to me at all when I parked my truck for a visit inside. Another hood in Richmond but this place is quite busy because of the many shops open. Its a typical McDonald's that stays busy and the drive thru even more busy as the line got longer.

Lines are always long around here. There aren't many close places around to earth after a certain time. It's good because it's the only thing you can get without getting out the car for miles
