McDonald's, San Jose CA

Soft serve the great bathrooms are clean but it never fails to stop seeing him in my latte and my ice cream cone.

Probably the best McDonald’s simply because they close so late. I went to three different locations before finding out this is the only one open passed 10pm
Every order of chicken McNuggets I’ve gotten have been done right! Nice and crispy.
I also like the fact that they ask if it’s for a boy or a girl when ordering a Happy Meal.

When I go to different locations
I always have to tell them it’s for a boy.

I pre-order for my order to be brought to my car. 20 minutes later, nothing. Had to go in to get my items.

Great experience.
This location is always crazy busy but the service is amazing and the employee's are respectful to the customers no matter how busy they are.

At 6 am 9/I2/19, I asked for 5 Sausage egg and cheese mcmuffins and received 5 with only the sausage. When I went to return it, they said you only ordered that so I was like okay but you guys took the order incorrectly. The manager said if you want to exchange it will be $7.20. I was like really dude? I'm off it, please give my money back! Thanks.

The womens bathroom was dirty and some women was in one of the bathroom stalls for a long time and on the phone. The frapps we ordered were a bit runny. This was in the evening and 72° outside. The service wasnt any different than another.
I wont stop in that neighborhood mcDs again.

Cheap food.very satisfying. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences here and plan to keep coming back. It has a good feel to it. Wish it was closer to my house, I would come every week.

I went through drive through and it was very fast. Even though it was packed with cars. Food was very warm and well cooked.

Worse place drive threw sent five cars out to parking lot nowhere to park elderly brings out food gives everybody wrong Foods no condiments almost accidents just a mess never will I return

This is the worst McDonalds ever. They never get the order right not only did I have to wait but they didn’t give me half of my order and No straws. They should just throw the whole McDonalds away. This location SUCKS!

The worst service ever! I will never go to that mc Donald's ever again! Ordered through the drive thru they asked me to pull around. The guy came out with an order that wasn't mine or the car next to me. I went in and as I was walking up there were others complaining about food and service! They need district managers to come and clean it up! That place had gone downhill!

Clean, quick place to grab a bite to eat. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely fine- no problems whatsoever. However, on the outside there are many people just sitting in their cars who will ask you for money, cigarettes, etc, & you can visibly see them doing drugs- smoking, snorting, and/or shooting. So, all in all, the inside is fine. But it's probably not the best place to go if you've got small children & don't want to be harassed.

Its okay really good service extremely nice People I didn't give it a 5 star because it has a few sticky spots on the ground and tables but other then that really good

Those French Fries be on Point Every Time! & Let's Not Forget the Chocolate Chip Cookies are Just Dreamy! YUMMY

I mean, at least they're nice, but they always mess up my order. Might as well just ask them to suprise me with whatever.

There was an employee women that was very loud & inappropriate it was about 1: 00 she was early 20 latio girl it was Friday 3/15/19. Someone needs to talk to her about working do & don't be more professional.

Love the customer service 1st time in a while I was treated as a human being from an outsider without bias approach this was obvious the people of the state mestiso type ya feel no WORRIES everything's paid for

Is been a long time since I came to thus McDonald's but this time drive thru was really fast and excellent service.
