Ive had no issues coming here If yall dont realize they dont have a phone number for this office‍️ some of yall dont even know that it isnt a direct phone number line to them. So. That should save you time. And if youre trying to make an appointment with this office directly I suggest you just walk in and MAKE ONE! Or call but they will just tell you to walk in to this office either way unless you are the lucky ones that gets to make that appointment on the phone ‍️ Other than that staff is very nice and took care of everything i needed and even got a call back to make sure i had everything again

If you’re pregnant and are thinking of coming here for OB care, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Their scheduling system is a joke.

They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. Also they are never available to talk and if you do get through and not the “high volume calls” voice message you’re on hold for an hour or more and they hang up. Has happened every single time I’ve called over the last year. Worst place ever I wish my moms primary wasn’t here. If we were able to switch I would do it in a heartbeat. They deserve ZERO STARS.

As a former employee of McKee I know they are hard to get in touch with … this is an extremely busy clinic. They would literally receive a thousand faxes on a daily basis. As for phone calls they were hard to get to because we were providing patient care. They really try their best to give good patient care. They have very kind and empathetic doctors. It’s really a good clinic that tries to accommodate all patients. It’s really hard when there are so many that you are caring for. You may not get exactly what you’re looking for here but all doctor’s offices have their issues. Considering patient loads on each physician they really do provide good care. Considering staffing changes I’m not sure what nurses are here as I have not worked here in a few years but chances are the doctors haven’t changed much. They do have good doctors. Miss you Dr. V!

I’d give no stars if I could. I normally don’t write reviews because I don’t feel the need to. But I think people should know how horrible the customer service is here. My first time coming to this Dr office. The receptionist Jessica was rude and very uninviting, she hung up on me during our phone call & nurse practitioner was even worse. When working in this field you would think they would be more comforting, helpful and welcoming to people who are in discomfort and pain.

They don’t answer the phone and just be sitting at the desk doin nothing appointments are way to far apart

The old security at the front has no respect for the patients there whatsoever. I suffer from DID and was not dissociated and in another alter that’s 2 and as I was leaving that alter wanted to grab a face mask and he yelled at me. An old guy yelling at someone that’s not in the right set mind it’s not okay and should not be tolareted. He should be fired immediately for being abusive to patients that are mentally ill like me NOT OKAY.

I've been going to the McKee Clinic for about 3-1/2 years now. Awesome staff Dr Jennifer Jackson is amazing. Ronnie is so caring too!

This place is the worst clinic I have ever been too.the staff is VERY unprofessional, rude, n act like they can't help you with any answers. I would not recommend it ever!

Got insulin no syringe pen no needles and I told him I don't know how use the pen that I don't want that so said he give me the vials he gave vials for one pen for other but pen he gave isn't even kind I take and he gave both with needles or syringes so haven't took my insulin since the 26th this doctor sucks

Ok so before coming here I was extremely nervous because I have not been to a doctor in awhile because of how I would get treated. Let me tell you! I had an amazing appointment with Mrs. Jackson! She was so kind and listened to every concern that I had. I was so happy to have a doctor who didn’t discriminate. She made sure I left out of there seen on time and heard with an open ear! I couldn’t stop bragging to people when I left about the outstanding appointment I had. So BIG shoutout to Mrs. Jackson!

Tanvir, Anum.thank you for making me feel worthless today, it looks like it's all about the numbers for this clinic. You said you couldn't address my other issues because you had more patients, I'm a patient! We patients are the ones that provide for you doctors, if you're even a doctor. I always leave frustrated out of this place. Time to change clinics I suppose.

For a teaching facility, they need to learn bedside manner, compassion and more professionalism. WE the patients are the ones that provide a paycheck for you all.
The staff is usually wonderful. The so called doctors, always a different one, need to learn A LOT, medicine is NOT everything. Take the time with the patient, explain things to them, be compassionate. A phone call doesn't cover all that a visit does, if you gave the adequate amount of time to each patient, they might not have to schedule another appointment to address their concerns. And if you're goung to schedule an appointment for the patient, how about you consult w/them 1st instead of choosing a random date that will later be canceled or changed.

This Clinic is home to my primary care Dr. I have Medi-Cal and they are part of the county's ARMC family. This new spacious facility has on sight lab and xray capabilities so no running to the hospital in Colton to do those things. Large parking lot and please remember it's a smoke free campus so no smoking in the lot. All the doctors and staff here are super friendly and capable! I'm proud to be a member of the McKee Clinic family!

Need to get a prescription renewed, but nobody wants to answer the phone. Online patient portal won't let me log in. Very frustrating.

This place is a joke the little lady infront Rebecca is a joke the whole staff Lady rude keeps you there for hours for a sample little procedure they act like they have never been to school I day and there live at like DE don't know how to do anything but make you sit in a Room for hours with out any how if I could ask God for one thing is to shut this blocked in place down and everybody in it become unemployment and know the value of a job and how to help its patients I would write a thousand u sucks about this place I hate this place with a passion
