McKee's Auto Registration Service - DMV San Diego, Lemon Grove CA

I love McKees Auto. I appreciate the flexibility and the ability to email in and get my paperwork started prior to getting there. Thank you Carmen and staff. You ladies are amazing:)

Bad customer service. I was waiting in line to be helped and a girl cleaning the entrance door asked what I needed help with and I told her and showed her my paper which was for a disabled plac and she tells me DMV won’t take it because the dr didn’t write my whole name only first and last. When I filled it out I wrote my whole name because it asked for it and it didn’t where dr filled it out. I mean it says my first and last name on it how could DMV not take it. This girl needs more training and needs to get rid of her attitude as well because that’s what she gave ATTITUDE. Thankfully I was able to get my Disabled Plac from DMV with no problem just how I showed my paper to the girl.

I had a great experience at McKee's Beatris and Carmela are very helpful and honest they have a great customer service they answered all my questions and helped me solve my problem. I highly recommended this place! 100%

Used to be a good place to do renewals but since it changed ownership it has more than doubled it's fees time to start looking

I’ve been coming to McKees for years for all of my auto registration needs. The staff has always been knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helpful. Why bother with the DMV when McKees can do it all in a fraction of the time and no hassle!?

Walked me through the process, helped me fill out forms and explained everything thoroughly. I have been coming here for the past 20 years and the experience is always the same. Customer service started with a response to my email. They got back to me very quickly. When I arrived at the location, There were no long DMV lines lol.

God bless the angels that work at McKees Auto Registration Services for the work that they do. The employees here work relentlessly to serve as the liaison between you, an upstanding and busy citizen, and the realm of hell that exists on this physical plane commonly known as the DMV. If I had a dollar for every hour they’ve saved me from spending waiting at the DMV, well I’d probably have a yacht by now. I have been using McKees for years. They provide a great service and save me the heartburn of dealing with the DMV.
I have never had any problems there. They are extremely helpful and accommodating.
