Very helpful hostess made the experience warm and efficient. Gave 4 stars rather than 5 because several dryers were out of order.

I would like to give a great shout out! The place was clean, very friendly staff, lots of convos with the employees there. Megan your a badass thank you so much for your hard work. I will definitely be back!

Was originally headed to Emerald City, but they closed two hours early. This place is great because it stays open until 10, has huge windows so you can watch from your car, two functioning quarter machines, and lots of sizes/load choices. A couple are out of order, sure, but it wasn't difficult to find an open one. There's a bathroom, too. It seems like a pretty old building and you definitely do not want to drop anything on the floor or between machines (I did once and screamed internally), but it does the job. Really wish I could do a deep clean on the place, though. Blonde attendant in tie dye was helpful with time estimates and general questions. People here are fine except some old McKinleyville grouchy men. I'd probably go here again if the same situation happened.

Edit: be careful, the dryers can melt your clothes if you're not careful.

Apparently all of the small and medium machines are $3.75 and most of them are not marked, plus $1.50 for 30 min of drying. This place is expensive for old mostly out of order machines. Will not return

The staff are very friendly and the establishment is always well kept. The machines are clean and work really well

Nice place to go do your laundry its clean and and not outrageously priced. My husband kids and I asked to use the bathroom there and got told it was out of order but 5 minutes later the lady in charge let the next person who came in use it guess you have to be friends with who ever is there to use there to use the bathroom

Machines work good. Large glass windows allow you to sit in your car and still watch your laundry

Literally stole all of my clothes and basically told me they aren’t responsible. Then threatened me with a tazer and made me leave. Burberry sweatsuit alone cost 1500$. If you wanna see your clothes ever again I’d suggest going elsewhere. Worst service I’ve ever seen at a professional business.

Thank God somebody took the time to show me how to run the soap dispenser machine. I was having bad day and the ladies helped me out.

It's good enough and close. When I let them do my laundry I'm reminded how awful my laundering skills are!

Love the Staff, Very Friendly Women! Just wish there were more regular size Dryers. On busy days you may have to wait for someone to finish drying their clothes so you can use a dryer! ‍️

Honestly the worst laundromat. I never see them clean anything here. And it shows.they don't even require masks during covid19. They were very unsanitary before covid though so I'm not surprised. Absolutely the worst. You definitely get what you pay for. Highly recommend the other laundromat in McKinleyville! They're ALWAYS cleaning, everytime I'm there. They take their job seriously and it's so amazing to see! It's a bit more pricy, but again you get what you pay for!

This place is great. Nice big washers and dryers. Did notice a few Out of Order signs but there were enough washers and dryers for everyone I saw that came in. This place was busy! The attendant on duty was helpful and friendly. Cost me about $20 for 6 loads. Well lit and clean. Watched the attendant wipe down the machines.
