Took my daughter here today. She had an eye contusion. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and Doctor Jesse was so patient and kind with her. Rubbing things in kids eyes isn't easy and he made it painless and quick. Staff was friendly and facilities were clean. Not sure why the place is rated low. Probably just pretentious el dorsdo hills residents beating them up because it's not the fanciest place on earth. We would absolutely go back.
Update: they helped me out second time around. Training was the culprit. Very understanding and patient.
They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH OR WELL BEING. GO TO ER OR ANY OTHER URGENT CARE! The worst and I always somehow end up back. 3rd time and i finally snapped. Rudest receiptionist, calls back for “check up” when really they just need to finish your file, SHE BLANTEDLY STATED THIS. What is this, nursing school homework? THE WORST 0/100
Took my daughter here for a possible fractured ulna/radius. Office staff seemed confused, medical assistants seemed confused, NP did not even examine my daughter and gave us an order for an x-ray. We went and had the x-ray and never got a call back regarding the results. Staff was nice but seemed like all were in training. This isn't a well run urgent care. I would not recommend.
Excellent service. I walked in with an ear infection. They saw me rignt away. Front desk, nurse and doctor were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend MDSTAT.
Had a poison oak rash that started to get infected. First visit I was given a prescription and then a follow up call 3 days after to make sure everything was good. Leg is on the mend and couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided!
Unfortunately, the doctor did not complete my plan of treatment. My test sample was not sufficient for the lab & the clinic never called me to take a new test. I happened to check the lab report and saw the notes. Really disappointed and I did not get the treatment I requested.
I had a pleasant experience at this clinic. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised when Dr Moness call me a few days after my visit to check in on me. This is my go to for my walk in visits. Place is very clean and staff are very nice. Wait is way shorter than any other walk in clinic I have ever been to.
