Media West Realty, Burbank CA

For 15 years, I have resided in a property owned by a very ineffective Landlord (Jeff Harrison) of Harrison & Associates (Glendale, CA) this company (Media West Realty) is representing. The Landlord of Harrison
& Associates (Glendale, CA) has engaged in harassing behavior and actions with me since January 2022, claiming via message that he is not going to sale the property, then engaging in trickery with "planning on a sale of the property, etc. From my observations, view, and experiences, Media West has condoned the behavior of this Landlord and in many cases, reiterated many of the inappropriate actions and behavior of this Landlord. Whether unintentional or deliberate, false statements and false information were furnished to me by both companies in some instances.

The Broker/Owner, Bryan, has rarely written anything in regards to this Lanlord to me since January 2023, but has engaged in phone calls to me.some calls that I classify or view as deceitful. A few of his assistants have continously emailed me for more than several months (under the direction of the Landlord and Media West representation) in what I definitely classify as harassment (I have retained ample evidence). I have explained to Media West Realty and the Landlord for at least two months that if they want me out of the property, then they should engage in a customary and proper manner by providing me with Relocation Assistance and a 60 Day Notice. Their lack of action with either of those do not show professionalism in my experiences and evidence with them. From my direct experiences with the Landlord of Harrison & Associates (Glendale, CA) and Media West Realty, what I deem as periodic harassment from them is unacceptable. I am forced to give at least one star, but I really rate them zero stars!

From the get-go when I met Bryan, I immediately felt his enthusiasm, his commitment to get my house sold, his honesty, integrity, loyalty to my needs. On top of all that, he is a humble man as well as a superb listener. The amount of accountability and responsibility that he assumed was unbelievable. He informed me almost daily on what sale progress was occurring with my home. I wondered how he could be doing this when he has so many clients; it was truly amazing. I would also like to acknowledge his team members Luke and Patty. Both are extremely bright people; they were always on the same page with Bryan and could be reached with one phone call. Questions were always answered promptly and thoroughly. The team made you feel like you were all friends for many years. This combination of kindness and professionalism is why I will be using this team on my next sale project. They are the consummate group of experts in their field. I am grateful to have found them.
