3 My wife was in for 3 MRI’s during a evening appointment. They told me it will be at least 60 mins. I came back in 40 min and the receptionist guy decided to leave early and locked the doors, dimmed the lights and shut the phones off. After standing outside for over 20 mins Paul called me to say were almost done, apologized that I was locked out and was very nice.
I didn’t like the idea of the receptionist guy telling me to return back and having the doors locked front lights dimmed down.
First time coming to this location. Construction work in the office, very dusty faux plants, and they were late to my apt. Not a good hygienic feeling in the lobby. I arrived 30 min early and receptionist was already warning me that they were running behind. Never coming back.
Made appointment and they said they would get the authorization in place. They did not. The manager (Nancy) accused me of lying to get on the schedule in front of her staff and waiting room full of people. Her lack of professionalism and privacy was shocking. Will never use radnet.
