I have been going to 17 Med Spa for about 5 months for Picoway laser treatment to address my hyperpigmentation. I was skeptical at first, but the results have been amazing! Sarah, one of the managers, recommended that I do at least 5 sessions to see results, and she was right. I started seeing dramatic improvements after my 4th session. My coworkers, friends, and family have all commented on how clear and glowing my skin looks.

I was so happy with the results of the Picoway laser treatment that I met with Liana, one of the owners of 17 Med Spa, to discuss other treatments I could pursue. Liana was incredibly informative and answered all of my questions, even the silly ones. She was also very kind and attentive to my needs. I appreciated that she wasn't pushy about selling me any particular treatments and instead offered her advice based on what she thought would be best for me.

Don't go here for LASER HAIR REMOVAL. My 17-year-old girl was crying after the procedure. Her armpits got burned. There is a scar now. The staff didn't allow me to be in the room to accompany my MINOR child, saying that due to laser radiation.but the "nurse" didn't even bother to give the protective eye glasses for my daughter to wear (even if my girl asked for it). Worst, when asked when should be the 2nd session, the nurse said in 2 WEEKS. What? Most clinics require 4-6weeks to give time to heal. Also, one can tell that something wrong happened coz the staff was speaking in hush hush voices plus in Korean! My girl is so traumatized. GO ELSEWHERE for a laser hair removal procedure.

A grandmother-like manager sitting at the front desk screams at the staff every time. It was a very terrible experience. I heard a scream until the surgery was over. For your information, she says she's a nurse, and I doubt it. You have to keep an eye on this place. Be careful.
You can tell the level of this store just by looking at the old lady at the front desk.

This is a club with very good service and good staff. I have been doing various beauty projects at their home, and their equipment works very well. Will continue to support them in the future!
