MedPost Urgent Care

Second time coming to this facility. Excellent care. Doctor was very thorough. Front desk was kind and efficient. Would never hesitate to go again or to recommend them. Thank you for being the best all around

Horrible experience and customer service very poor and the pharmacist was rude and unprofessional an middle eastern guy!

What i liked was the quiet enviroment, not too crowded, the Ipad tegistration was different:) the front desk staff were really nice, and if its busy, an appointment could be set for you, so that you dont have to sit and wait, you can leave and come back.my experience was really good, oh.and the doctor I had was informative.

Went in on a weekday and it was not busy. The doctor that saw me didn't introduce herself and just came in telling me "so you have a sore throat? " and told me to take advil and wait it out without even actually seeing me.

Worst experience and got rushed out. The doctor didn't seem interested at all in what I could have.just got rushed out after waiting over an hour.

I’ve been here a few times and I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is friendly. It’s quicker if you make an appointment online. Very convenient!

I made an appointment, they kept the time. Paperwork was done and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I timed it. The place is clean and first class. If I need to future medical services for immediate issues. I am going back.

I really thought that it was cool that MedPost took appointments online for a Saturday. That way I didn't have to waste my Saturday being at the clinic all day. Making an appointment is the way to go, as it will save your place in line.

The nurses and doctors are fast, thorough and responsive. They are aggressive in treatment and very knowledgable. I never feel like I am not being cared for. The front desk staff and check in process are superb. I would not go anywhere else.

Everybody was very friendly and nice. I have been to many doctors offices and never have I met a staff this friendly. Secondly, I loved how clean the whole place was. Lastly, the doctor was very knowledgeable and very reasuring.
Only 2 down parts was that it cost $129 to see the doctor, but it is worth it because they have access to a lab. Secondly, the lab charges are seperate so they will cost extra. The wait time was standard for any Urgent Care. One and a half hour to two hours wait.
