MedPost Urgent Care of Palm Desert

Unfortunately I had a unsatisfactory visit to medpost, after making my appointment the day before I waited 45 minutes past the time of my apt. So I left without being seen. Also whoever made my apt was not very friendly as well as one of the front desk women on the day of my apt. Maybe changing the vocal tone would help clients feel less compelled to leave.

Everyone's safety during this Covid crisis was their utmost priority. I was treated with dignity and respect but most if all kindness. Very efficiently run.

I called in the afternoon and I was seen 3 hours later. Very friendly, caring and efficient staff, which you need when you’re not well and don’t know what’s wrong.
It’s comforting to know that these well trained medical professionals are just a phone call away.

My experience at MedPost was fantastic! As soon as I walked in the door they explained the social distancing protocols and hand sanitizing protocols they have in place to protect patients and employees against Covid. That was comforting and nice as some urgent care places are far too relaxed on it. The staff was very nice, professional and caring. I was only in there for a split lip but I could tell they cared and really wanted to help. Believe me…there are some urgent care facilities out there that act like you’re inconveniencing them by coming in. The people at MedPost were excellent!
I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes. The doctor was very sweet and wasted no time in the examination and figuring out what kind of medication I needed for treatment. She explained everything clearly into the point. I would highly recommend them to any of my own family members and would give them more than five stars if I could.

This place is ridiculous I go in at 2pm they tell me earliest they have is 730.lady take my ID tells me see you at 730. I leave go back at 715 go to check in she asked for my insurance card I dont have it on me but have policy number ready she proceeds to tell me they can't see me because I don't have my card. If I have the policy number all your going to do is call and verify I am covered they why cant her lazy self just take policy number its the same number your going use to verify with anyways

Really 3.5 stars. I live out of town but came here with my Mom last time who is a local. Was impressed by efficiency, wait time. This time I had to come here for myself as I needed to know if I still had a UTI or not which could only be determined by lab work.
Very nice staff, SUPER CLEAN, and efficient in maintaining CDC rules for COVID. Wait time was reasonable. After being seen, needed to wait 3-5 days for lab results. Meanwhile, they did give me a prescription for pain.
Received results as promised in 3 days but I wanted a copy of the report too. They sent it to my e-mail but I could not download it due to the report file format. I sent an email back, asking them to change the file into a pdf format. No response back.
2 days later, I went to the facility and they printed out a copy for me. Report does not give details like regular Dr.results, showing numbers/values of what they are looking for. The report just says, Yes, or No, regarding UTI. I was surprised by this, as I expected a regular lab report especially after waiting 3 days. It was disappointing. Still need to follow up with my own primary doctor.

I have to say the receptionist (didn't get her name, very attractive and professionally dressed), was very direct and at first came across impersonal, but after watching her interact with other customers she is exactly what is needed in that office in the Covid environment we are in. She was strict with the rules, clear and concise. It made me feel more comfortable about bringing my child to be seen at that office.

I took an elderly friend for a doctor visit. The place is very clean and sanitizer is provided at the front door to clean your hands on entering. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctor was professional, thorough and patient. I felt safe. Great experience.

Very friendly and they keep the place nice and sanitized. Luckily I got an appointment the same day, especially during these tough times. Would Recommend!

Convenient location, amazing staff, (especially Belinda at the front desk) and always find a way to fit a patient in during these crazy-busy times!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. From the moment I’ve walked in the door I was greeted with respect and dignity. They keep this place so clean due to the pandemic. The doctor and all the staff members are absolutely amazing. They truly care and make you feel comfortable. Thank you!

I wish I could give this place No stars! I recently took my daughter here. Front office staff were very professional and helpful. The medical assistant in the back was very kind and professional. Let’s talk about the “Dr. ” Dr. Konow, she was rude from the moment she came into our room. Said she didn’t know what to tell me about what was going on with my daughter! Worse experience ever! I normally go to VIP Urgent care across the street, I made a mistake in coming here for sure! Nothing was resolved with my daughter. The Dr.even asked if she wanted me to make something up because she didn’t know what to tell me, she’s a joke! Please retire already, it’s clear she is not passionate about her job! She said she’d been practicing medicine for 42 years, obviously it’s been too long.

I must say this is my first time here and the only reason I had to come here was for my employer. I would not recommend it to anyone VIP urgent 100X better. Receptionist talking about patients, their appointment system is a joke, don't try walking in because they'll ask to you fill out forms and make you wait for nothing. I had to wait a long time. Never again will I come back.

I like the ease of going there, knowing what to expect and when I would be seen. The person who I called to see if I could be serviced was very nice and professional. She made me feel very welcome. She was the same person at the desk when I got there. There should be me like her.

Great staff! Friendly and confident. This staff goes above and beyond to make sure that everybody is safe and feels welcome to their appointment.

I recently had to go to this location to do a Covid swab test in preparation for an out-of-state surgery. The office was so incredibly clean, they got me in within 10 minutes of my appointment, and I was out of their office within 40 minutes. The doctor on staff was kind and had conversation with me. Very personable and overall just a great experience.

DO NOT COME TO THIS URGET CARE, the male head Nurse is extremely rude and blunt, I came in today to check if I might have the flu and as soon as I walk in he didn’t even ask for my name but said that I didn’t even look sick and that there as no point of examining me and that it was a waist of time. I asked him if he can at least do a wellness check (only checked my tongue and ears), waste of time and money, co pays are high for what, rude, non compassionate services, nah i will take my business some where else

The Physician Assistant and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to attend to my medical needs. The PA was very patient, took the time to listen to me and explained the probable cause of my illness in terms that I could understand.
