After an insurance switch, I had a very difficult time filling a specialty medication with my new drug plan. I spent many hours talking with several representatives at my insurance company and doctor's office, but no one was able to help me. Ash truly went above and beyond to listen to my situation and go out of his way to help me. He is not only very knowledgeable but also incredibly caring. I have visited numerous pharmacies over my lifetime, and I have never met anyone like Ash.
