MEDvidi - Affordable Mental Telehealth, San Jose CA

STAY AWAY! This service will charge you for an appointment, and they will prescribe, but the medication somehow never makes it to the pharnacy. Then things are "expedited" which means nothing. Each one of their "departments" is the same woman with no answers. I paid for a visit in early march. Out of 3 prescriptions, one came from one pharmacy in about 2 weeks. The 2nd, from another pharmacy in 3 weeks, and the 3rd, now over a month later, is nowhere to be found. It's "waiting for the doctor to sign". I am out, and my body is withdrawing from the missing medication. They refuse to work with major pharmacies, and make you do all the legwork, even as far as providing the pharmacies with their ID numbers. Is this clinic a woman in her garage? It should be shut down.

The mental health counselor I spoke with was very attentive to my needs and prescribed me the meds necessary for me to allievitse my anxiety, depression and im finally getting a good nights rest every night. Thank you EZ care clinic.

Works great! The customer service representatives and doctors both do what they promise with kindness and respect.i do want to note that i think customer service may be understaffed so i reccomend finding a pharmacy that has your med in stock BEFORE your appointment / before telling them your pharmacy because getting it changed can take a while. They will get it changed for you though:)

I was like many of you wondering if EzCare Clinic/MEDvidi was real or not. I thought that I was going to give my money to someone far from where I live and they were going to run away with it. No! Please give it a shot. You know you need medication. Why wait any longer? I got the medication that I wanted, and needed! The doctor will listen to you and UNDERSTAND that you need to get better. Here is how my session worked out. I told the provider that I know a medication that works for me. They said okay; and here is another one that will also work for you. SO, I got what I wanted and also tried something that I did not know I needed! Period!

At first I thought I was going to regret paying out the money for the appointment but I’m so glad I did I have a wonderful Dr and everything has went smoothly the only thing I had to wait on was a PA for my insurance to approve!

Puts Teladoc to shame, with non-rushed, experienced physicians who are careful and take their time to actually provide full spectrum medical care. I've intentionally lost Teladoc's number.

I was so nervous and skeptical, But to my surprise I had a wonderful dr he he listens to everything I had to say, and was very knowledgeable. I had one of the best appointments

I got an appointment within 16 hours of submitting a request, my doctor was waiting at the appointment time, he listened and prescribed my meds and had the rx sent over in minutes. Very easy and convenient process! 10/10

This place is a scam. They charge you for a visit for every refill. This is a business not a psychiatry office- preying on people who need real help. Can’t wait to see a REAL psychiatrist in person and get proper care not a registered nurse. What a waste of money. Total scam.

No calls back after paid for an appointment 5 months ago everyday I get the same thing someone is on it and will call you back by far the worst company to ever deal with

I’m so happy I went to MEDvidi. I was feeling not okay. The fear of going to a doctor made my anxiety even more intense. I thank Dr Wright for helping me thru this beginning process of healing and being able to get me back to the world. I was easy she heard everything I had to say and genuinely care of how I felt. Thank you again for everything. Totally recommend. If I could give more starts I would.

So thankful for ezcare! They have helped me get my life back without leaving my home. This is the only option for some people with severe anxiety. Thanks Dr may. I still have monthly visits.

Doctors that actually listen. I could not be happier with this service. I was seen same day and had my prescription within the hour. I feel so relieved and like I can live again. I know this sounds cheesy, but I'm a real patient with real results. Thank you!
