12The portions are insanely small, especially for the grass jelly. At times, the to go box is filled only halfway, specially when you ask for less ice. Disappointed as I go around 3 times a week.
50 minutes waiting and still no food. A quick post-dinner dessert before the kids bedtime has turned into 1 kid asleep while waiting and another cranky kid losing his patience. Reminding myself never to come back here again. How can serving ice be so difficult? !
Update: It took an hour to get my food and I had to force my way to the front of the line to actually pick it up. (The pick up window wasn’t actually distributing the food they had ready!) They forgot my drink so I had to go back and get it. It was a coffee latte and when they handed it to me, there was no latte to be seen. Apparently latte is a creamer packet in the bag?
Fail on all fronts. I cannot emphasize how unhappy I am.
Only one kiosk available, extremely inefficient plus they closed the door at 9 even you were in line before 9.
Response to owner: no associate was there to take order. Line didn’t move much during the 30 minutes I was there before I was kicked out. Very disappointed.
NO FOOD. NO REFUND. NO APOLOGY. Minus 5 stars.
After waiting for 30 minutes in line to order, and then another 40 minutes for the food, I was told by a worker there that they don't ingredients and will not make any more orders. He told us to leave our receipts with them, and that they will process the refund TOMORROW. NOT NOW. TOMORROW. There were probably 12 more customers or groups in the same situation as I. Someone challenged, is that even legal? You took our money, made us wait, told us there is no food, and cannot process refund there? When we asked for a manager, we were told there was no manager on site and there was no way to give us the refund there.
This is the worst management situation I have ever encountered. How can the store tell us to just leave the receipts there? How do we know that the refund will actually be process?
I was in the line at about 8: 30 pm, in the door about 8: 45 pm, completed my order at 9: 04 according to my receipt. There were still a long line of people after me who continued to order. People who ordered after us got their food. We kept waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Finally at 9: 40 I asked where is my food? Then I was told that it was never made because they ran out of one ingredient. Why wasn't I told earlier? Like I said, there were 10+ groups of angry people there in a similar situation.
You should have had a manager on-site. Someone needs to make sure that people no longer get in line to order at posted closing time. For people who already placed order, you need to deliver! When you run out of food, you need to tell the customers so we don't waste our time to wait there. You need to have some way to refund the customer immediately. You should compensate the customer for such a horrible situation.
Oh also, we received no APOLOGY whatsoever. When a different customer mentioned that she would leave a bad review online, the worker, J. C, said, GO AHEAD! Wow, this is how you treat your customers after you failed them?
I collected the pictures of receipts of a few groups of people. There were more that I didn't get a chance to take picture of their receipts.

Never respond to pick up order! Wait half an hour. Came to the store and they said the machine wasn't turn on. Total waste of time! Still didn't get any refund!
Huge lines during peak hours. Don't expect to be 'in and out' quickly with a dessert / drink. Sitting area fills up as well, but it is quite large. The drinks were okay, I didn't really enjoy the desserts, but others in my party did.
You got to love Taiwan desserts to appreciate this place. It is somewhat of a acquired taste. But if you give it a chance it grows on you
Interesting menu and set up. It shares a space with another company which is a bit confusing at first. Didn’t know the shaved ice would be so big!

Lots of choices. The line is usually long. We were there around 1: 30pm on a weekend day. It was not too bad.
Waited for 25 min to receive order. Placing order was only 5 min though. Don't recommend if you're in a rush. If you've got an hour to kill, go for it!
Terrific and unique spot. Desserts are not sweet to the standard American palette, but full of wholesome authentic ingredients. Choose between hot and ice cold treats filled with beans, fruits, and cream. Delicious!
